The broth was rather bland. I had the tuna which was old and the dish had nothing that complimented or contrasted the tuna. For my entree I had the pork chop. I was really looking forward to it. When I have had it in the past it was tender and juicy. This time it was overcooked and bone dry. I do have to say that my brother in law also had it also and his was perfectly prepared. My wife had the flourless chocolate cake for dessert. It was passed around the table but not finished. The ambience was refined and comfortable as always. We have always experienced superb service here at Cielo. Today's was ordinary. When I commented on my entree to my waitress I could tell the feedback wasn't going any farther and she really did not know how to respond or care.

The wrap was pressed to be warmed. It was filled with light/flyffy scrambled eggs, shrimp and a really good sauce. It was very flavorful. My husband had the mother child reunion. It was tea good also but a little more difficult to eat. It was a lovley breakfast sitting outside listening to a person singing and watching the boats go by. We started with the crab cakes served with lobster sauced mango coleslaw, and jasmine rice. The flavors worked incredibly well together, with the sweetness of the mango and rice perfectly complementing the crab cakes and lobster sauce. For our entrées, we had the blackened grouper with yellow rice and black beans. Everything on the plate paired so well, and the grouper was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning. This took me back to other fantastic fish dishes in other islands like Hawaii, the keys, the Caribbean, etc... The piña colada was delicious and made the experience even more fun because it was served inside a real pineapple. It was refreshing and not too sweet, definitely something I would order again. We finished our meal with the key lime pie, which was the perfect ending. It was creamy, tart, and exactly what you hope for when ordering key lime pie in Florida. Before visiting, I noticed quite a few reviews mentioning long wait times. Thankfully, that wasn't our experience at all. We visited during lunch, so that may have made a difference, but we were seated quickly and received excellent service throughout our meal. Jenna was incredible, funny, and nice. Just about the entire staff has some whimsy about them. Telling us the history of the location and cracking jokes. I can honestly say I would probably drive the four hours to Sanibel just to eat at the Bubble Room again.
