We've had Oasis RV Center service our Airstream on several occasions, and have been extremely happy with the service provided!

The service at Oasis Rv Center is unlike any other place we have been. Best service from the time we walked in till our RV was finished in the service area!! Richard the service manager was very attentive to detail and all our issues were handled with the upmost care!! Joe the owner was very easy to work with and made things very easy on us by handling are insurance claim so we did not have to be bothered by all the phone calls or paperwork. we will be back for all our RV needs!!!! read more

Unethical practices, DO NOT trust your RV work with them Owner and tech made jabs at me or installing my 5th wheel to gooseneck conversion incorrectly, then after charging me $99. to install it, when driving home learned the RV arm height was now too low causing severe truck bed damage on side panel when made a left hand turn. New Ram 3500. Owner instantly denied responsibility, saying would adjust arm height but not fix truck. Ridiculous statements from tech like I made too tight of a turn, ect. Tech who did work could not comprehend that A led to B. My insurance company found them at fault, then struggled for months with THEIR insurance company who despite being given a clear scan of the work receipt said owner DENIED EVEN DOING THE WORK. Save yourself risk, frustration and potential damage. read more

We came to Tucson from Indiana to pick up an Airstream RV we purchased from a private seller. We made an appointment prior with Oasis to have a tire monitoring system installed on the trailer and the bearings repacked and brakes inspected. I had trouble getting the trailer hitched to my truck and called Oasis to let them know I'd be late. They said no problem and that there were close to our location so Richard from Oasis came to us and helped with the hitch. Richard removed the trailers tires and showed us the old brakes. These were very worn so and we also had all of the brakes replaced. We had a few minor repairs done as well. After the work was finished Richard drove our truck pulling the Airstream to assure everything was working properly and that the gain on the truck was set correctly. We really appreciate the great service we received from everyone at Oasis RV. We were invited to hook up the Airstream and spend the night there before our journey home. Gene helped with the tire monitoring system set up on our phones and the gal at the front desk was very friendly as well. We highly recommend Oasis RV! We made it back safe and sound over 1,600 miles with new brakes and bearings! read more

Our decision to have our Airstream repaired at Oasis RV Center in Tucson, was solely based on recommendations from an Albuquerque Airstream dealership, the Oasis website customer testimonials and a comparative estimate from them for repair cost. With that being said on October of 2018 we decided to drop off our 2015 Airstream for repairs with Oasis. During the repair process, we made payments through out the three months in installments for what Oasis said was for parts ordering and work advancement. In March of 2019 we returned to Tucson from San Antonio to pick up our repaired Airstream. Upon our inspection the invoice showed parts and services charged that were not provided and installed. When it rained the next day there was water leakage coming from the alleged repaired front part of the Airstream, as well as charges for 4 "New" stabilizer jacks of which only 3 were actually new and expenses for new exterior decals that were never installed. When we spoke to Joe Pershing, the owner, about these discrepancies and showing him proof of these items in person, he reacted very angrily and was extremely rude and unprofessional. He claimed that the leakage was due to only one coat of sealant being used when two was needed, but acknowledged that his shop only used one and the fact that the decals were never installed due to them being on back order but he still charged us for them and never offered a future date to have them installed. Airstream owners Please BEWARE! If you choose to use this shop carefully inspect any work invoiced and have Richard, their "senior service specialist," walk you through everything they claim to have worked on. This was unfortunately a very costly lesson learned but hopefully, if reading this review, one that no one else may have to endure. read more
