Everyone here is so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They value you as a person not just a customer. We are first time customer and everyone welcomed us as if they knew us for a long time. I love this place and would highly recommend it. And this will be our go to place, for everything that we'll need for our trailer.

I called to make an appointment, and a grumpy old man answered the phone. He could not find any of my purchase or warranty records. He then got frustrated at me for not knowing how to work his computer. I eventually made an appointment, showed up and was told I did not have an appointment. He even made up really silly dates that I would have never scheduled. He begrudgingly took my trailer. At purchase, I paid for the additional protective exterior coating. I had plastic falling off the outside (due to a terrible manufacturer design) and was told that was not covered. My brakes were not working, and they refused to give even a ballpark estimate without a ridiculous shop fee. My trailer has stickers, indicating multi-colored lights. I was told my trailer does not actually have them. My shower head fell off due to terrible manufacturer design. They begrudgingly agreed to reattach that as a "favor" to me - not because my warranty covers anything useful. I scheduled a pickup date, supposedly to make sure my trailer wasn't "buried" in the lot. Unsurprisingly, it took a while for them to move a bunch of trailers to access mine. They are terrible.

The service advisor, Stephanie Johnson, was very nice, but the place is so…read morechaotic, it doesn't surprise me that she and her leads undoubtedly have difficulties managing their service techs, ensuring they do a proper and professional job. I've never seen a garage so incredibly and embarrassingly messy with parts, tools, and junk strewn all over the place. The higher-ups should be ashamed and motivated to get their facility cleaned up and organized, but it seems they really don't care. I had my 5er in for warranty and insurance repairs. While there, I made the mistake of having them do a multi-point check on all the appliances, slide-outs, vents, fans, lights, etc... basically all the moving parts. When we finally had it delivered to our destination (we have a service move our rig as we opted not to buy a giant truck), the roof vent/fan didn't work. A ceiling light that was out before we brought it in, still wasn't working. Waste of money. Bad decision on my part. After they did the insurance repairs to the back end of the trailer, they installed the shore cord socket in a cock-eyed position. They mounted it so that when I attempted to plug in our shore cord, the cord wasn't able to hang straight down as it's designed to do. I had to remove the socket myself and remount it by spinning it into the proper position. Not a big deal for me, but what moron doesn't take the 3 seconds to ensure a proper re-install? No-Nothing Flunkies. The worst thing was, when the rig was delivered to our destination, several hundred miles away, before they closed everything up, a plastic tray had come loose in the main room and got wedged in-between the kitchen island and the adjacent slide-out. The tray was smashed and the broken pieces were pushed along the floor by the incoming slide-out, ripping a huge gash in the flooring - approximately 1 square foot area. They didn't bother to make sure the areas in which the slide-outs were to come in, were clear of any debris or objects that could cause damage or impede the movement of the slide. I'm sure the plastic tray made a loud cracking sound that alerted the tech to the problem while moving the slide-out in, but no, they obviously heard it, saw what it did and looked the other way. Pathetic. Never again will we use this poorly managed and calamitous "repair" facility.

MVAV Review I'll…read moresecond what Josh says in STRONGLY advice against going here and will add onto it; I did pay them to do work to my van and... In hindsight I could have just lit that money on fire and would have gotten more use from heat and light show I have a 2024 144 AWD HO High Roof that went straight from the dealer to MVAV Like Josh, the communication was horrible, see screen shot of original email chain and response time. Even after you/I have paid and have an issue you bring to them; the slow response becomes complete avoidance. no one calls you back. everyone says it's someone else who was supposed to get back to you and no one does. The first issue was resolved by another up-fitter after ~60 days and 7 trips and MVAV and it was still not taken care of. They did make a small refund but it didn't cover the loss of work/time I had; nor the actual cost to pay someone else. If they choose to reply they'll probably say "I demanded to be compensated" or something to minimize the fact they didn't take care of it. In May while on a 3-month trip in the van, massive water leaks. As the trip came to a close I reached out to MVAV and they avoided replying for almost a month.. Biggie #1- They didn't install the Adventure Wagon A-frame NOR did they tell me it was not installed nor did they return the part to me when I picked up the van. If they choose to respond to this review they may say they called me and "talked about it". They did call. But they never said they weren't going to install the A-Frame just "change the rear mount". Pete (production manager son) and Gregg (Owner Dad) claim the absence of the A-frame was MY FAULT and Adventure Wagon's FAULT because the instructions provided by Adventure Wagon do not give specifics on how to instal the panels they made... we didn't give the "custom van builder" detailed instructions on how to fit the panel they made between the 2 sections L-Track of the Bed kit....Let that sink in At this point Greg began screaming at me. I was completely calm. Greg stormed out of the room and said "I can't deal with this". Can't/won't deal with mistake seems to be MVAV's MO. Biggie #2 - $3482+ Water Damage - They installed 2 roof vents. Both vents Leak. Massive water stains on our headliner. Mildew smell. Ruined our mattress. Rust all around (see pictures). They also dented the crap out my roof which I discovered in taking with Tommy Van's also about the leak and getting pictures. I learned lap-seal is a pretty standard practice in the vent install and it's also provided in the install instruction by MaxxFan. No Lap Seal present on my van. MVAV said that the leaks had to be from me leaving the vents open they couldn't have been from the install. Megh, go fish. We never got to having him look at the work performed (see photos) as his only interest was to yell at me and when he was asked not to yell, "I can't handle this" Dents in the roof- MVAV said it was my fault the roof was dented as I failed to provide them with adequate racks, exterior structure, or braces to prevent them from walking on the roof and denting it. They wanted to know how on earth I expected them to work on the van without denting it?? It's MY job to provide them exterior structures, scaffolding, racks, and supports to work on top of my van?? Again, let that sink in. This review was written after I left MVAV and captured fresh for accuracy....I'm sure MVAV will reply to this making some outlandish claim(s) I get it's a "family business"....I'm a customer who spent $18,000 not your child or sibling who you yell at with your most intense volume. *Adventure Wagon does not sell a-la-cart parts. I either have to buy a second bed again or the entire interior system. Either way the solution is far more than $1200...see original invoice as that's what I'm likely to spend $5200 again plus the cost of water damage They did eventually reply to my email about the damages saying MVAV did nothing wrong and I'm trying to scam them. Oh, and took a jab at my wife having Stage 4 Cancer. (see photo) Hashtag class act.

Without giving up too much, I've had some health issues and needed something for my soul, I decided a trip was it. Yesterday around 5:00, I stop at Peace Park to refill a small water container with a spigot. I park, and getting organized... I look outside and MY ENTIRE CAMPER ROOF METAL HAD PERLED BACK LIKE A SARDINE CAN! People, this is not in my knowledge base, nor wheelhouse on how to fix. I am a problem solver, I'm a mom, a teacher, I can duct tape and hanger repair with the best of them (Thanks Mum!). Not this. I feel blind with panic, I call Mum, husband. Then I decide to just try to find inner calm and think. I pick my head up, look across the street and there is Eastside RV Liquidators in Tucson. Across the street. So, I grab my wee dog, and I dash across the street. It's 5:20, it says they close at 5 (Luckily I didn't notice and all of my panic.). The door is shut but not latched, I swing it open and come spilling in. Immediately I am tears, uncontrollable high pitch voice begging for help. I tell them my story. These people, I can't even begin to explain. The owners (Mark and his wife), the technicians (the AMAZING Esteban and Frank). ON THEIR OWN TIME, after work, Esteban and Frank fix it for me, with Mark's permission and company. They sent me on errands what I would need, and had me show up at close. They stayed an extra hour and a half to help me, even fixing my vent so it opens, and fixing some stuff inside. Then, Esteban didn't want to accept any money because he knew of my situation. Literally some of the kindest, most stand up men I've met. I had already budgeted money to give him, which he, VERY RELUCTANTLY accepted. What he did has value, I wish I could give him more (Feel free to send Esteban some moola if you can, just for being a great guy!). Then after all of it, he sent me a message thanking me and telling me what an honor it was to meet me. If you need an RV, camper, WHATEVER for your RV or Trailor needs, these are men that you can trust. And that's rare, give them your business. Thank you Esteban, Mark (and wife), and Frank. You made my continued dream a reality, and you reminded me that there is kindness everywhere.

We have had an issue with our residential Whirlpool Fridge that has been building ice on the bottom of the freezer from the defroster lines being clogged. RV Mechanics don't want to fix the fridge and appliance mechanics don't want to move the fridge in an RV out to gain access. Appliance repair techs will only do the repair if you get the fridge out so they have access. We have had to scrape ice out of the bottom of the freezer every three weeks for well over a year now. Cameron is the only RV Tech I have been able to find that will tackle this issue and pull the fridge out(no easy task) and do the repair. He also serviced my Oasis and had to dive in and do some additional repairs to get put system properly working again as the exhaust pipe had come off causing it to burn extra hot building carbon buildup and cracking the fuel delivery hose. The thing I most appreciate about Cameron is his dogged determination to figure out the issue and then get it repaired properly. While all this was going on Rachel serviced our 3 AC's and replaced the fan motor on the middle AC which is our only remaining OEM unit. On top of that they are very reasonable with their rates.
