Mule weighs about 1600 pds and the majority of the weight is just in front of the axel on the trailer.I changed the hitch to 4" drop from 2"

Finally, after visiting just about every trailer dealership in Tucson I found the trailer not only available but for a affordable price considering today's market (01-05-2022) at APC Trailers. The salesperson was extremely helpful in pointing out the amenities and comparison of the trailers of interest. After the selection of the trailer, the paper work and hook-up I was on my way in about 40 minutes. Thanks to the knowledgeable staff and products available it would definitely be my one stop shop.

I needed an enclosed trailer and they only had a few left on the lot that worked for me.

Upon receiving the Trailer Plus yearly reminder via email telling me to bring in my trailer for a free inspection I called the Tucson facility to make an appointment and was told by the shop personnel that he was too busy working on a "trailer that had burned up" and for me to call back in a few weeks. I found that odd and never did follow up to try to make an appointment. Recently, my Lower Hydraulic Hose began to leak so I called the Tucson location to make an appointment for repair. On Monday 8/9 I called the Tucson location and was forwarded to the corporate Call Center in Idaho who answered telling me that the Tucson location is closed on Mondays. The Call Center Rep (Carolyn) said she would give a message to the Tucson location to call me. I never receive a call. On Tuesday 8/10, I again called the Tucson location and again was forwarded to the corporate Call Center in Idaho. The Call Center Rep (Denise) said she would give a message to the Tucson location to call me. I never receive a call. On Wednesday 8/11, I again called the Tucson location and again was forwarded to the corporate Call Center in Idaho. The Call Center Rep (Logan) said he would give a message to the Tucson location to call me. I never receive a call. It appears that calling the Tucson location directly always results in the call rolling-over to the corporate Call Center. I feel that having to call for assistance 3 times with no response is not a good business practice. Since I cannot find a way to have anybody from Trailers Plus give me assistance, my only option is to now turn to social media. I have left messages on Yelp, Facebook, and even left a message on LinkedIn with the Trailers Plus CEO, Michael Snow, in an attempt to simply get my trailer repaired. Like I said...."Good trailers, terrible service."

SAVE YOURSELF. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM Truck, Coach, and Bus…read more This was one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences we have ever dealt with. We dropped our trailer off on February 20 after Jesse assured us it would be completed within a month. We needed it back by early April. Instead, we didn't get it back until May 8 -- and what we received was unsafe, incomplete, and so poorly done that it now has to be COMPLETELY gutted and rebuilt from scratch. The ONLY things salvageable are the carpet and LVP flooring. At first, communication was excellent until they received our money. We made three payments totaling $13,000. After that, communication nearly disappeared. Because we live almost 2,000 miles away, updates were critical. Instead, between February 20 and May 8, there were approximately 90 communication attempts via calls and texts, many of them unanswered. Pickup dates constantly changed. Jesse stopped communicating directly and instead had his friend Tom act as a "mediator." On pickup day, our family sat waiting while the time was delayed yet again. Jesse never even showed up. Instead, his cousin Jeff arrived. Then came the final insult: after already paying $13,000, we were told we owed ANOTHER $5,000 just to get our trailer back. We ultimately paid an additional $3,500 because we felt the trailer was being held hostage. The workmanship was beyond unacceptable: * Used 2002 light fixtures, apparently pulled from an old trailer * Installed 120V lights into a 12V system * Missing sink, faucets, countertops, backsplash, bathroom fixtures, and cabinet hardware * Propane line not connected, so poorly done it could have flooded the cabin if turned on * Cut waterline * Electrical work was wired backward and dangerously sloppy * Shower not caulked and leaking * SharkBite fittings are improperly installed and leaking * Told our selected tile was "unavailable" when it was in stock * Used drywall screws and glue to install nearly everything, including finish trim * Spray-painted INSIDE the trailer over brand-new vinyl on walls * The trim looked like it was cut with a butter knife, measured with a stick, and installed by a 2-year-old. After inspection, we were informed that the trailer is unsafe, and the workmanship is so poor that it must now be torn apart and rebuilt entirely from the ground up. Truck, Coach, and Bus took our money, avoided communication, delayed endlessly, demanded more money at pickup, and returned a dangerous mess instead of a finished trailer. Based on our experience, this business showed a complete lack of professionalism, integrity, craftsmanship, and accountability. Stay away.

This location in Tucson has the best staff to where I felt like I was visiting friends instead of a stuffy dealership. April and Mark were Awesome and communicated each and every step to where I felt so informed and relaxed with our purchase. Todd was patient and thorough when we were filling out the paperwork and was detailed and helpful when it came to signing the contract. Wayne their onsite mechanic genius was the best! He walked around our trailer and tested every button and provided helpful information. He also stayed after hours to help install our brake controller on our jeep before we left. I wish I had hours to express on here my feelings of this entire team at Eastside RV Liquidators but I still feel that wouldn't be enough time! Thank you so much for making our overlanding dream come true!!

Without giving up too much, I've had some health issues and needed something for my soul, I decided a trip was it. Yesterday around 5:00, I stop at Peace Park to refill a small water container with a spigot. I park, and getting organized... I look outside and MY ENTIRE CAMPER ROOF METAL HAD PERLED BACK LIKE A SARDINE CAN! People, this is not in my knowledge base, nor wheelhouse on how to fix. I am a problem solver, I'm a mom, a teacher, I can duct tape and hanger repair with the best of them (Thanks Mum!). Not this. I feel blind with panic, I call Mum, husband. Then I decide to just try to find inner calm and think. I pick my head up, look across the street and there is Eastside RV Liquidators in Tucson. Across the street. So, I grab my wee dog, and I dash across the street. It's 5:20, it says they close at 5 (Luckily I didn't notice and all of my panic.). The door is shut but not latched, I swing it open and come spilling in. Immediately I am tears, uncontrollable high pitch voice begging for help. I tell them my story. These people, I can't even begin to explain. The owners (Mark and his wife), the technicians (the AMAZING Esteban and Frank). ON THEIR OWN TIME, after work, Esteban and Frank fix it for me, with Mark's permission and company. They sent me on errands what I would need, and had me show up at close. They stayed an extra hour and a half to help me, even fixing my vent so it opens, and fixing some stuff inside. Then, Esteban didn't want to accept any money because he knew of my situation. Literally some of the kindest, most stand up men I've met. I had already budgeted money to give him, which he, VERY RELUCTANTLY accepted. What he did has value, I wish I could give him more (Feel free to send Esteban some moola if you can, just for being a great guy!). Then after all of it, he sent me a message thanking me and telling me what an honor it was to meet me. If you need an RV, camper, WHATEVER for your RV or Trailor needs, these are men that you can trust. And that's rare, give them your business. Thank you Esteban, Mark (and wife), and Frank. You made my continued dream a reality, and you reminded me that there is kindness everywhere.
