What a snotty bunch of clerks. It's a big cement parking lot with some gravel. Older facility. We had a blowout which blew out the wheel well and did damage. The 3 snits saw fit to ridicule our rv and said they would consider it not good enough for their so called resort. Mostly 5th wheels nothing great about it. Very very low water pressure. When I called to make my reservation the gal was cold as well. I should have looked for another place. The Loves right down the street is $53 easy in and out and no minimum wage SNOTS to deal with. Don't waste your money! Go somewhere where the staff is nice and polite. read more

We have stayed in this campground multiple times since 2021. We like to travel cross country and we will never miss a chance to stay here. Sometimes you need a little vacation from your vacation and The Oasis is the perfect spot. Level concrete pads for each site which are large enough for all travelers. The staff is amazing. Check in procedures are easy and painless, the park is always clean no matter what time of year we come through. They have a pool, small gym area and an adults only hot tub. For those without a motorhome or travel trailer, they have cottages that are well maintained and clean. Lastly, the park has bathroom and laundry facilities placed strategically throughout the park so no hauling things to one area (usually farther away from your camping spot than you would like). We will always come back anytime we are passing through. You won't regret your stay here. read more

What Happened!!?? We have been coming here for 10 years as we travel From CA to TN and back again. It has always been pristine. All grass areas way over grown with grass and weeds, I mean 2 ft. Area generally dirty and needing repairs and upgrades. Spa has had a tacky screw added at 10 min mark so you can't go over, this a resort?? So sad we loved this place but it will now be crossed off our list. read more

Stay far away from this once upon a time hidden gem!! Inside the park, the roads have turned into a horrible mess, massive pot holes that haven't been fixed in at-least two months we have been here. The bathrooms use to be top notch and now they're usually dirty and the toilets are either over flowing or don't work!!! They have lapsed on there "rules" the quality of trailers they re allowing in the park an embarrassment to this place! read more

Stayed here 2 days in July 2024 and it was easy to get in and out of with the exception of the small bumpy stretch of road before the entrance which they probably don't have a lot of control over except for maybe complaining to the city/county to fix it. There was a food truck that was there when we got there and when we left. The park was pretty full and very family friendly with spacious sites. We have a 45' 5th wheel and we did not have to unhook. Don't plan on streaming via their WiFi. I would definitely stay here again when passing through. read more

This is really good for campers. Electric and water outlets are available to hook for RVs. WiFi is also available to use plus tv cable. The restroom with shower room is clean and can be used after enjoying from the pool. Playground with slide is also there for kids to enjoy. The grill area by the pool is perfect. Eating and swimming are fun to do of course. We would be back here as our time is limited to enjoy their good amenities. I am not surprised why this place is packed of RV campers read more

Extended but well worth it review: Seven month stay: Hope you like the constant smell of poop. RV/Camper: If you're looking for an RV/camper spot.. keep on driving! There are plenty down the road. Concrete slabs are level but photo of oil top road below. Also, in our time, I've seen so many slabs overflow- use caution. Cottages: As for the "cottages," well they are extremely dirty. In 2020, we lost our jobs, our home and my husband had to take a job away from myself and our two year old daughter. We chose Oasis Rv Park and after a SEVEN MONTH stay, the front office seems to be lying about not being able to extend our stay, saying they were completely booked even though it still shows available online.. giving us three days notice of having to get out and find a new place to stay. It was fine in the beginning, we've kept to ourselves, cleaned (even though they only provide a single broom to keep things tidy) but were still treated poorly by the front office and manager. Aside from one lady in the office who has always been pleasant, I apologize for not being able to single her out as I do not remember her name. Laundry: Bring extra quarters because each machine will eat them. Better not use the machines the cleaning lady likes (by the pool).. she'll move your clothes and tell you to find another building. Machines are old, dirty and slow. Pool/hot tub: Not well kept. Photo below. Closed randomly throughout summer months. Fitness room: Equipment works but it looks like they allow dogs inside the small area.. hair everywhere and smells bad. Wifi: don't count on it! Anyways.. all and all. Don't waste your time. After the hardest year, it is a major disappointment to be treated so poorly after doing all we can to just get by. Edited to add: when the office called saying we were unable to extend our stay because they were completely booked. I was curious why it is still showing availability online so I called to ask and they changed their excuse to they had scheduled maintenance all of a sudden. After speaking with another family staying a couple cottages down, she said they did not have to leave and found it very strange we were told that information. It honestly seems like they are kicking us out. Very disappointing to try and find somewhere else to stay with such short notice when we only have ONE MORE WEEK in Amarillo. Oasis is about 1/4mile off I-40. You can hear traffic but it's off in the background. Kind of a circuitous route to get to your site and back out to the road. Basically a huge parking lot with tons of RV sites. Roads are paved and sites have a concrete pad. Everything appears neat and clean. WII FI so slow it tried my patience so we used our hot spots. Sites are just long enough for MH and toad and pretty darn level. Spacing is pretty close with some gravel between sites. There is no privacy. Plastic picnic table in good shape. No fire pits. Utilities placed appropriately, and we had no problems. Verizon was 4g 3 bars. Satellite would not be an issue as there are no large trees. It was quiet at night, and we would stay again. read more

I appreciated how accommodating the staff was, they were flexible to our needs. We stayed one night driving through town. Bathrooms were nice and clean. My only complaint is that when we drove into our spot for the night my spare tire was attached to the back of my rv and when we went to pull out the next morning, we had found that someone had stolen it and the mount. I called the office to report it to them but sadly nothing could be done. I liked the campground but I will have to think twice about visiting again due to the uneasiness having your property stolen brings. read more

Beautiful RV Park. Very professional staff and extremely clean property. They run a tight ship and it's obvious. All RV sites are level poured pads and each site has a small night light. Restrooms are some of the cleanest we've seen. Each restroom has its own shower, bench and sink where you can shave or gussy up. The park even has "tiny homes" for rental along the outskirts of the park road. Well done and well thought out place to stay. read more

Campground was super clean and felt safe.. bathrooms were clean and they all had spectate stalls and showers together.. very nice bathrooms.. plus the doggy poop bags every 20 feet with trash cans for the poop was a big help with our dog.. I would highly recommend this place.. read more

While passing through Amarillo my wife and I decided to stay the night at Oasis RV Resort. I only wished we had scheduled a few more days. It's true what they say everything seems to be bigger in Texas. If you are looking for a true BIG RIG park this is the place to just. Easy access just off the I-40 but far enough to be quiet and tranquil. Oasis has large level concrete spaces as well as HUGE !!! Texas XL Spaces. The spaces all had full hook ups as well as a small grassy area between each spot, a club house pool, fenced dog runs and a very hospitable staff. Stayed one night so far and plan to stay more next time we are in Amarillo, Nice roads and nice cement slabs to keep you out of the mud we were there and Amarillo got about 2 inches of rain and that was a relief that we were not stuck in the mud we had Wi-Fi and cable good pressure on the water we loved the place and will definitely be back! read more

Incredibly nice campground. We were coming in last minute and the after hours reservation was very simple. We found our site all paved with a personal picnic table and the hookups looked brand new. The campground was very well kept and the bathrooms were individual with showers and they even had a code for strictly guests. My husband gave it a rave review which is impressive in of itself. We had little ones and it was well lit and quiet even though you are close to the exit. would stay again!! thank you! read more

Positive: Easy access to I-40. Check-in is noon. Office staff friendly & helpful. RV sites are level, concrete pads, pull through with full hook-ups, along with wifi, and 48 television channels. Good space between sites. Private clean showers. Laundry available. Pool & hot tubs looked very clean, but only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Some interstate traffic noise, but minimal. Park is well maintained. Free limo ride to The Big Texan restaurant! Near many restaurants and shopping areas. Our stay was just for one night, but will stay longer on our next stop in Amarillo! Negative: Small trees provide no to very little shade which would be helpful during the hot summer months in Texas. Area is extremely windy. Cattle manure odor is present, but not overwhelming. read more

I'm kind of stuck here on how to rate the park. On one hand, for the staff and the individual sites, it deserves five stars. On the other had, for the hot tub and restrooms, it deserves one star. I'll explain. The hot tub was closed. Evidently it was broken and being so close to the closing date of 9/18 they chose not to repair it. Minus a couple stars. The restroom/laundry facility right next to our site was in bad shape; four of five restroom/showers were "out of order". One washer was also out of order. Again, minus two stars. The sites themselves were great. Level, concrete, long pull thrus with convenient location for hook ups. No complaints at all. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. No complaints there either. I'm giving four stars just because i figure the hot tub would've been fixed had it not been so close to the end of the season. I'd stay here again if passing through Amarillo. read more

This is a great RV Park if you're looking for a level site, all hook ups that work, reasonable internet (better during the day) and good cable TV. The staff is friendly and helpful and the Italian restaurant in town that delivers has more than decent food - ribs and spaghetti were excellent. We were in this park in a snow storm in late Oct. of 2020 and felt lucky to be here when we really needed utilities. The shower/bathrooms were very clean. Note: restaurant charges about $8 to deliver. read more

They accommodated a last minute change to get us in... changing our overnight stay into a 2-night stay. We were evacuating a flooding campground in southern Texas, and the after-hours check-in was great to have. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee was hot and tasty. The cookies were yummy. My husband and I played a couple rounds of ping-pong in the large clubhouse room that also had a pool table, couches and toys for kiddos. Sites were wide and level. They offer several other amenities we didn't try out including a pool, gym and hot-tub. We will definitely be making this one of our over-night stop points for Midwest travels! read more

Pool was closed for an unknown reason. We were told that they had a couple of nights with freezing temperatures and that's why the pool broke a week before we arrived at Oasis. When we looked at the pool it was filled with water and covered up. Didn't seem broken. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't anything planned or organized for the kids on Easter weekend. But hey, it's ok. We had our own Easter egg hunt. Bathrooms were pretty dirty and gross. Weren't cleaned at all during our stay. I saw the same "dirt" for a couple of days all the way until we left. If I were to stay in the area again, I would pick a different RV park. read more

Brand new RV park with lovely pool and spa facilities located feet from the I-40! Fast wifi, cable and clean facilities. We enjoyed our stay at Oasis RV, especially for the price of $38 for a class A 27ft camper. We took advantage of Big Texans free limo service to their restaurant, which I highly recommend. For sunrise, we walked the mile to see Cadillac Ranch before it was crowded with tourists. The walk took about 30 minutes each way on a quiet road adjacent to the freeway. Would have been nice to have some kind of fire pits and communal areas to break up the parking lot of RVs and give a little sense of community. read more

Flat as the country around it. But that is a compliment, in case it wasn't obvious. Flat, large as Texas itself, concrete sites. Modern hoop ups and simple. Lots of room to pull in and through. Very big rig friendly. (We were a 42 ft motorhome towing a 25 ft trailer.) A great stop along the way for the weary Route 66 traveler. It is down the road from Cadillac Ranch. But they know how their bread is buttered; the derelict RV buried 1/2 in the ground at an angle that greets you at the entrance is an ode to Cadillac Ranch. read more
