Her response was NEVER, again friend asked will it ever open and her response was NOPE. I will never stay there again. Honestly, we went in and out a lot and not once did we see her smile in the 2 days of staying there. It would probably be in your best interest for your hotel by getting rid of her. I didn't catch her name because she didn't have a badge on. She was working the desk on Monday the 23rd of March at 4:00 in the afternoon. I could give a description of her but maybe you can figure out who she was by the date and time. Also, if you advertise a bar it should be open. Ridiculous!!!! Super friendly and enthusiastic! After getting in to my very clean room, I headed to the bar in the lobby to order some dinner. This was the 1st time my dog had ever been in a hotel and I didn't want to leave her in the room alone. The bartender/waitress was super friendly and accommodating when I asked if it was ok if my dog waited at the table with me. She even brought over a bowl of water for her!
