I honestly can rate a salesperson there named Scott as the most dishonest person in the sales industry. He and his team came out to measure glass for my new shower. Once I was able to use the shower, it was obvious that he mismeasured the height. When I open the door to go into the shower, it bangs against the showerhead. I made Oasis aware of the issue and they have decided to replace it at a cost to me. He stated I signed the contract that approved the height. He never discussed height with me. We just completed a master bath renovation and we couldn't be happier with Oasis Shower Doors. Sue was extremely responsive and was able to provide a quote within an hour. She was informative, and when I stopped by the Avon store a couple weeks later, she explained and showed me the different style options I could choose from- from the hardware, bracket or channel setting, and glass types- who know there was so much that goes into a glass enclosure! Rick came and did the measurements- he was very professional and did everything so quickly, and the measurements were perfect! The installers were fantastic! Very personable, respectful, worked efficiently, and explained how to take care of the glass so the film (I upgraded for a protective coating to help reduce water spots) would not be ruined. We had the Avon group do our installation this spring. The whole experience from the show room to the final clean up went just as expected. I stopped by Oasis Shower Doors in Avon one Sunday afternoon for an exploratory visit and was impressed with the personalized and knowledgeable service I received from Sue. When I had an opportunity to meet the owner, Tom Daley, and a manger, Rick Divine, at a home improvement show, I was persuaded to place my order with Oasis. The level of service I received exceeded my expectations. Rick followed up with me often on my order. Both he and Tom came to personally take the measurements for the shower doors. Of all the contractors who worked on this bathroom, Oasis was by far the most accurate and professional. While the doors are beautiful, there was one imperfection in the glass that Tom insisted they correct for me. They earned my trust.
