This used to be one of my favorite places to go, but no more. When you drive almost 60 miles just to experience a nice massage, you shouldn't have to count the seconds until the service is over. This business has been sold and it is in the process of changing ownership. This isn't a good thing. The very first issue was that they required payment up front. What? Since when do I pay for a service before they start? The front desk personal insisted that was the only way they do business. After paying the $80 for 90 minutes of combination Swedish and deep tissue, I was led back to the corner room. After I undressed, I waited 15 minutes for the young man who could not speak any English to begin. One of the first things I noticed was the music. It was the same music over and over, and not relaxing at all. It quickly became irritating. He kept the sheet on for over half the massage and it hurt. It kept hurting so badly, I started begging for it to end in my head. I asked him if the sheet was going to stay on the entire massage, and of course he didn't understand me. He found a large knot in the upper part of my shoulder and just clicked it back and forth a few times and said, feel that? Then did nothing to try and smooth it out. I honestly wanted to get up off the table and walk out so many times. Now I understand why they wanted me to pay upfront. When he ended, it was 15 minutes before the end of the 80 minutes. Not cool, but I was sorta relieved. When I went to the front, I left a $10 tip and left. Usually, I leave upwards of $30, but not this time. Never never never again. Ever. read more

Me and my girl both went in for massages today. A male masseuse worked on me, and a female masseuse on her. The male masseuse gave me a great massage! Very relaxing and he massaged alll the tension out of my shoulders and back. He also cracked my back which was SO needed. He had very calm manner and checked to make sure the pressure was ok for me. The hot stones felt amazing! Also the foot soak and facial were great. My girl had the female masseuse and she did not enjoy it as much. The massage itself seemed to involve more of the fist pounding and not much rubbing. The masseuse left the room for 5-10 mins, more than once, with no explanation and then did not extend the massage to make up for it. She also loudly yawned several times and even took phonecalls throughout the massage! Totally messed up the zen atmosphere. It was strange and it would have been nice if another masseuse was available to take over. Also, a loud argument broke out between some other employees midway thru our massages. WARNING TO WOMEN: DONT GO HERE Completely unprofessional. Went in for a 70 minute couples massage. A man massages me while a woman massages my husband. The massage was not like any other I've ever had, and I got the impression that he had never received any training or was licensed at all based on how terrible it was. Poking and pulling on my arms is NOT massaging. He also didn't use any oil or lotion (aside from on my neck) and felt like he was rubbing my skin raw. The sheet is extremely small and there was no attention paid to making sure I was properly covered. He sat on the bed next to me multiple times while then massaging my arms and legs. At one point his arm/hand was resting on my butt while the other hand was massaging. I stopped him in the middle of the massage and told them to leave and we were done. I felt extremely uncomfortable and was shaky, heart racing after. The manager spoke to me after and was very apologetic. I wasn't charged luckily and I appreciate how she handled it, but that man has no business working as a masseuse when he has not had any training to know how to make women feel comfortable and have boundaries. Purchased a 70 minute couples massage with hot stones and "Ionic foot detox." Never again. I'm not too sure the masseuses even went to school to do this. There were no pressure points that were worked on, it was a lot of rubbing versus pressure and working out kinks/sore muscles. There was no questionnaire regarding where your troubled areas are, the room was pretty bright for a massage, the 2 masseuses talked 80% of the time, in barely what I would call a whisper, there was no relaxing music playing, there was a lot of banging and dropping of things, the hot stones were used for maybe 5 minutes throughout the whole thing. To top it off, at the end while walking out the receptionist asked us to "Please tip our masseuses." This was completely unprofessional and made the situation utterly uncomfortable. We will never be going back. **UPDATE** After writing this review I received a text message from (I'm assuming the owner of the business or store manager) offering us free massages and apologizing for the experience we had. I declined the offer for the free massages and asked for a refund. Yes, the massage includes stretching the legs across the body and is pleasant. Yes, the massge includes the use of forearms and elbows which is heaven for someone who experiences tightness in the neck, shoulders and blades as well as muscle tension and knots. After paying for your hour mediocre massage, be sure to have a very impressive tip on hand so that you don't get treated like shit by the staff as you leave. I went here for a couples massage with my bf while we were driving through Vegas. We wanted to relieve some back pain from all the driving we've done on our roadtrip. They made us pay first which was strange to me. We had no cash so we had to tip up front before even knowing how good the massage would be. When telling the cashier how much tip to add, she added another $12 and just decided to not even listen to the tip I had said. When I got my card back and saw she added a $30 tip which was more than the massage itself, I told her that is not how much i wanted to tip. She would not correct it and got all quiet before telling me "oh but you have to tip both masseuse". $30 wasnt even the $18 which I wanted to tip times two. So she just literally did not listen at all and put in a tip and when I complained made me feel bad about it and wouldnt even correct it. They gave us a male and a female in which I received the male. It was the most painful and uncomfortable massage I've ever had. I thought my head was going to explode during the facial when my temples were being squeezed together. I also thought at one point he was going to break my toes. It felt as if I were getting beat up. I could not relax at all because of the pain I was in. When I would exclaim to him that it hurt, he would start talking about pressure points and just tell me to relax. The whole time he was coughing and I'm now sick on my vacation and blaming it on him. My bf said his massage was a lot more gentle, but the lady got up on him and basically performed humping motions in his back, so that made me a bit uneasy. After the massage, both our lower backs, which we came in to relieve pain on were more sore than when we'd first gotten there and my body felt as if I'd been beat up. If you want an old man to beat you up, get you sick and your bf to get humped by a young lady, then I strongly suggest you go visit this place. Walked in a little late from an exhausting day. Was glad to find they close at midnight. It's Vegas so I learn that is not an awkward fact. I had two choices to go - being near the location I was at, and I picked this one. The lobby is pastel dim. Lady at the front desk is really pleasant. I told her I needed neck and shoulder focus. This is $35 for an hour. Note that their foot reflexology is the $20 for an hour. She allowed me into their work area. It's dim red and their walls are traditional wood carved sectioners, providing more privacy. It's really quiet, except for me - marveling at how nice it is in there. Be quiet now Jo. Spa music is played while they work. Their routine is familiar. My deal came with hot stones and hot towels. That's fancier treatment for me. I'd say it is worth $35. But look... either I'm a wimp or my skin is so sensitive. It's the latter... I felt the stones were too hot. That therapy is supposed to be really therapeutic. You must be one to take it. Sophia was my masseuse and she did well in focusing on my knots. For a small person she could probably beat me up. I tipped her accordingly. I wasn't sure hot towels did well for tonight's spa treatment. I wish it did, especially the stones. If I happen to be in this area again, I may return and just request no hot stones. After reading up on Yelp, I was a little skeptical since there were a few bad reviews. So I was expecting something bad, but we actually had a very nice experience. The massage itself was relaxing and very satisfying. They add a little reflexology into the massage, so you get some nice stretches in. My lady even walked on my back and used her knees, which remind me of a Thai type massage. Overall I was very happy with my one hour massage. The wife said that she was also very satisfied after her massage was done. For the price we couldn't beat it. Worst massage I have ever received. I go to a lot of these massage places off the strip and understand you have to have an open mind as they can't be held to the same standard. However, Oasis Spa falls below this standard considerably. I bought a groupon for a couples massage. I use groupon a lot and have never had a problem with the spa services. I called ahead to set an appointment, and advised the woman I would be using a Groupon. The woman over the phone told me to not buy the groupon and to just come in to the shop and pay the same amount. I was confused by this because I typically call ahead before purchasing a Groupon and have never received this response. I was confused and questioned her about it and got " ok ok ok just come in at 5" I arrived to the appointment with my friend. She was friendly until I showed her the groupon and everything changed. She told me I would now have to wait longer because I purchased the Groupon. So how does this make any sense? I made an appointment for a 60 minute couples massage and my groupon is for a 60 minute couples massage. So we waited and were seen by two masseuses. The masseuse was not pleasent either. She repeatedly would rub ON MY BONES. Why would massaging someones shin bone be benificial or thereaputic? I am not a professional but in all the massages I have paid for they massage my muscles. I have a hard time believing these were proffesionals at all. All the towels they used were incredibly scratchy, I dont know how someone could find such uncomfortable linens. After the massage came the "Tipping Stage" where your masseuses block you from leaving until you tip them. I shouldnt have tipped for the awful service but I did. I regret coming here. I should have listened to the poor reviews. Groupon has refunded me for what I paid for. 10/07/18 Groupon made it possible for my husband and I to get a couples massage a day before his birthday. 60 minutes for $70. To be honest, after reading the not so good reviews on Yelp I got kinda iffy about my purchase. We walked in. I believe that was the owner and her husband "white guy" according to Yelp at the front desk. Presented my groupon, so far no attitude given and no mentioning about pre-tipping. We sat down, then owner called up to come in and lead us in a dark room and instructed us to remove our clothes and get on the bed using the towel to cover our bodies in a supine position. Then 2 ladies came in. Language was an issue. We had to scoot down from the table but it wasn't communicated but they pulled our legs to signal us to scoot down so our feet can soak on a warm/hot water bucket. They started off with a racial and head massage that I didnt care for. If i was bald maybe it would be beneficial. Next, my neck, arms, legs then it was time to flip over onto our stomach. They started with the legs then arms and my back. Then the hot rocks that yelpers claim to be super hot. It wasn't as bad...they rubbed it all over my back. As for my experience, you get what you pay for. It wasn't as bad but of course I had better. My husband did enjoy it so that's all it matters. As to coming back it's a NO. I paid for the package of a facial, rose petal foot soak, and massage. It started off, the guy telling us to get prepared which we did. Then we waited 25 mins for the masseuses. They brought a bucket of water with no rose petals for the foot soak. then they left us again. When they came back, the lady kept taking breaks and pauses while doing the massage. They never put on our face masks. Just left them by our clothes. When I was walking out I tipped them and they came up to me asking for more money and kept asking over and over. Upon arrival I was told that the pervious person was still on the table and that I and my spouse would have to wait 20-25 min for them to finish. Even though I set an appointment a week earlier. This was my fiancé first time and I wanted him to enjoy it but he did not. As part of the massage process he was straddled and had the knees of a nice but heavy lady in his back. He stated he did not want that type of treatment and way less pressure. He said he was kind of in pain when he got off the table. The hot stones were soo hot that I opted out of those being used. My back was wiped off and our treatment was finished. I attempted to tip the girls $7 each. They declined my money and said that "it was not enough and that the ladies worked a hour and they are paid based on tips" she asked if " I had a credit card to tip or more cash. " that the girls should receive $20 each. If I wanted or could pay that much I would have went somewhere else and not used Groupon. To ambush a customer to pay more and stand in front of the door to get more tip money is a bad business practice. Especially if service is not to par. I will not be coming back to this place and I will be using all of my social media platforms to share my experience. I would not recommend this place. They were late again (15 min late), we were gonna leave again but then they came. And the massage was good but felt very rushed but the customer service was horrible. When we were finished they all waited in the lobby, for the tip and we told them we would be back with the cash bc it's in the car bc our wallets were in the car and they did not want to let us out. (+ We did not want to tip bc the service was bad) and they FOLLOWED US OUTSIDE! And had someone stand outside and come up to the car to ask for the tip! We gave them the only cash we had which was $5 and I gave it to the lady outside waiting telling her it's all the cash we had. And she counted it and was like "hey! Here I don't want it!" And slapped in my hand. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL & CREEPY! One should earn a tip based on the satisfaction of the service and not demand one. I can't believe what just happened to us. The owner allowed herself to raise her voice at us, argue, constantly interrupt us and scream. But let me tell you what happened step by step. I contacted the owner through Yelp, cause I found them on Groupon. She asked us not buy Groupon and offered us a couple's massage for $70. When we got here we wanted to add one hour foot massage. She said she thinks it'll be too much and we should get 90 minutes combined massage. She charged us $55 for 90 minutes each. After the massage we realized there are two issues: 1. For $55 we should have gotten 1 hour body and 1 hour foot massage (foot massage costs only $20). 2. The massage lasted 75 min instead of promised 90. When we addressed these issues, the owner, so called Nicole, started telling us there are two different services and 1 hour body and 1 hour foot doesn't equal 2 hours of massage. Obviously, simple math and logic doesn't apply here. But I feel she should have told us about it in the begging. Instead she tricked us into paying the same and getting less. When we started telling about not having full 90 minutes, she got really mad. She said her employees don't cut time. Well, what can I say? We walked in, it was 7:45. We talked, negotiated the price, that's when she tricked us with the price, then I went to the restroom. So the massage started at 8. It just couldn't started any time earlier because we didn't go straight to the massage room after we started walked into the salon. So, started at 8 and was finished and 9:15. 15 mins earlier! The owner was screaming, saying that she'll check the cameras, she was acting like a low class woman on the market. THAT'S NOT THE WAY TO DEAL WITH YOUR CLIENTS! We didn't raise our voices at her! We politely explained what happened there. And she allowed herself to talk to us like that! After 20 mins of checking the cameras for the time, she said the camera shows we walked in at 7:45! Well, yeah, that's true, but it doesn't mean our massage started the same minute. And I was trying to explain it to her, but she wouldn't listen! She kept screaming and interrupting and I just didn't want to go down to her level! Another very "nice" thing she did is mocking us. Before this whole mess we said we came to Las Vegas to get married the next day. And later on she screamed: "What did you come to America for? To have troubles?". She's Asian, she's got an accent and I can easily assume she's an immigrant herself. How low of her was to say such a thing, especially the day before our wedding! I wonder what did she come to America for?! To insult American customers? Well, shame on her! American customer service is probably the best in the world, though she provided the worst customer service imaginable. I can't stress enough how bad it is to be screamed at by the employee or owner of the salon! It doesn't matter who you are, but you don't scream at the client, especially because we didn't give her a reason! In the end, we just decided to pay and leave this place ASAP. It was just disgusting to be there. Guess what, she refused to give us a receipt. We asked why and she just said "because! No receipt!". I think she's supposed to give a receipt, otherwise she doesn't report the profit to the IRS (we paid cash). A little note in the end. There was a gentleman together with her. An American. Even though we didn't agree about those issues, he never allowed himself to scream at us, interrupt or mock. He was just sitting calmly and trying to explain his point of view. But so called Asian Nicole was acting very unprofessional. I'm so disgusted and shocked! I'm willing to explain in more details to anyone who's really interested in what happened there! I called after seeing a groupon for a $70 couples massage to make an appointment. Since I had not bought the groupon yet I was offered the same price in store. We came in for our 11am appointment today and the owner was nice and we briefly chatted while we paid (up front - though we tipped in cash at the end). She led us to the couple's massage room which had a table with covers and a few towels. Our feet were dipped in buckets of warm water and we started with head, face and neck massage followed by foot massages. Then we turned over, more shoulders, lower back, and legs. The hot stones were a little hot at first and I could only handle a couple seconds at a time but they cooled down and felt really good after. I will admit that I was a little unsure of what to expect going in based on some of the reviews I read while sitting in the parking lot outside. We almost didn't go in but I'm really glad we did. You do pay up front (I'm half Asian and I am familiar with this style) and while we paid tip in cash, if you use a card I'm sure you're expected to tip along with it (when she asked if we were tipping on the card I mentioned "service fees?" and she said yeah - it's because of the service fees the merchant pays). So I can understand. Other reviews also mentioned straddling but I wasn't straddled (my bf was straddled by the lady who did his, but he said it wasn't weird for him). My bf had never had a massage before and I have had a few massages (at expensive places) before and this turned out meeting, if not exceeding my expectations. I will also add that because there were concerns of people being paid to review the place, I was not paid to write this or even asked to - I am doing this because I think my positive experience should help balance against some of the more negative ones, as I was almost scared off by them but am glad I gave it a chance. The owner has been around for like 10 years which gave me more confidence too. Overall I think the guy massaging me (Luis? Louis?) did a great job with the standard massage and my boyfriend had no complaints about the lady that massaged him so we tipped $15 each. I would do it again!! read more

This really is just an OK place. Not a real massage at all. I mean they rub you down with some oil or lotion then lift your arms and legs to shake them like a wet noodle. Afterwards they try to convince you to tip upon leaving. They don't even suggest a tip, they tell you they want one. read more

So I went to this massage place and the funny thing I didn't even look up on Yelp first I decide to go with my own feeling never again! First of all I had appointment but we needed to wait around 15 min. Then me and my friend got into one of the room and the lady gave us tshirt and shirts to wear. We laid down on massage table for minimum 20 min waited for the girls to come in after few minutes nothing no one showed up. I went to ask the lady she was like they are on the way. Got massage it's says 60 min massage but only got 50 then they didn't even care about that the hot stone was to hot they just put on my back. I mean if that too hot you can feel it with your own hand right I mean you are a massage therapist or what you call? Then when we was done about to tip the lady asked how much? I told her 5 dollar each and she said minimum is 10 it's says there on the board. I was looking didn't see any board there it's says minimum 10 dollar but I still tipped the girl 10 just to make her boss to shut up! But one thing I know don't waste your money on this place not worth it. Didn't feel relax and trust me I been having better massage for cheaper price and way better. This massage was like oh I can't touch to sensitive I didn't enjoy it and the funny thing the girl unbutton my bra but can't put it back. Imagine there was a customers there and I won't be comfortable with show my boobs. But thank god it was only my friend there so I didn't care. read more

This place is unprofessional. The guy who did my massage was too rough. I kept telling him the massage was painful and kept applying the same pressure. Consistently. I don't know how many times I complained. His only responses were "okay", "good" or "pressure points" Wait, what??? Then, he applied these ridiculously hot hot stones on back. I told him they were too hot. He took them off and reapplied them 30 seconds later. Complained again they were too hot. Then, the guys said "cold". Again....What??!! Then, it gets even worse at the front desk. The lady tells me it's $45 for the session and asked how me how much I was going to tip... Right in front of the guy who did my massage. Tacky, rude, and unprofessional. Told her I was not adding a tip when I'm not happy with the service. I told her the guy was too rough the whole time and it was a painful session. Then, she lectured me about telling him to use less pressure. I told the lady, I did and he ignored me... Numerous times. I really didn't appreciate her attitude. I checked my bank account before leaving to make sure I got charged the right amount. And I was. I wouldn't even recommend this place to Satan. Never experienced such foolishness at an establishment in my life. read more

It a great place clean and quiet, when I came here the first day I enjoyed it so I came back the next day. As expected, the massage is excellent once again. Perfect place for me since I like to have my oxtail soup across the street after a nice massage. Namaste! Aloha! read more

Terrible service, owner had a bad attitude only had a 40 min service if that and paid for a 60 minute service. Don't go here. Don't recommend go to CCUE, Star Foot Massage or Mutuao better service and massages. Not to mention sign says 28 for hr massage and they try to tell you $35 while inside. read more

Nice massage for the price. We got the couples 70 min massage with the hydrating mask and the foot soak. I'm pretty sure the foot soak had absolutely no roses in it or even a rose scent. The mask was cool. Massage was nice but not the best. If you're not a massage buff, you'll love this place. Nice but not awesome! read more
