Experience wasn't great from the start. Lady at the front desk needs to work on her manners. The quality of the massage was not great. I asked for my shoulders, arms and hands to be massaged, and they weren't touched once. She focused only on my back after being told multiple times. Very expensive and not worth the experience. Honestly one of the best massages I've had, very hospitable and offer cold water before and after. We got the deep tissue massage as a couple. My masseuse was very thorough with actual deep tissue, it didn't feel rushed. I didn't get a warning with the hot stone so just be aware, it did feel really good. Included a nice foot stretch and gentle head/neck and arms massage. I enjoy deep, harder massages overall and it was ideal for me, so bear that in mind sensitive massage enjoyers. If you're really stiff, this place will really help you relax. Only thing I didn't like being pressured into writing a review, but otherwise staff was hospitable and kind. There is a language barrier with the women who work there, so Google translate was our friend! The massage was deep and thorough! We added the fire cupping which was the cherry on top. Best massage I've ever had. I had a lot of back pain due to my scoliosis and car accident, which was exactly what I needed. They were very thorough, and Linda, my masseuse, was so attentive that she even knew when I was cold and prepared an extra blanket for me. She knew where I was most nervous, where I had the most knots, and worked them out. The masseuse was very friendly and we even giggled together. She is very good at what she does. VERY STRANGE. Got a couples massage. Was $144 gave $160 and she wasn't trying to give us any change back. My lady left the room 3 times and the other lady left twice for about 5 mins each time. When the massage ended my lady just walked out with out even saying anything. They kept leaving the door open walking in and out of the room with a camera directly outside the door. They also speak little to no English so it was very hard to communicate. And then was pressing us for a tip... Doesn't seem like a legit business at all. Something's fishy here. read more

I was in Vegas for a short getaway. I really wanted a massage after a long flight. I found this place by another place my friend wanted to visit. We were escorted to the room. It was a simple room. There was a sheet for me to cover myself. The massage was ok. I didn't feel the guy released any of the tension on my shoulder/neck. At the end I gave $15 tip because I didn't think it was great. The lady said we charge $20 for 60mins and $30 for 90mins. In my head I said ,"ok, $15 is a bit low for 90mins." Ive decided to give $20 but they insisted we give $30. First of all $30 is over 20% tips. Giving 20% tip is for good service and over 20% is for exceptional service. We ended up giving the $30, but we left super unhappy and muscles still tense. If there is a set tip, please let your customers know before. read more

The lady was talking on the phone while she was massaging me. Plus, she NEVER closed the door - I was lying naked w/ a door opened the whole time. I caught her wiping her phone w one of the towels then started wiping me. I told her I just saw what she was doing. Her answer to my statement was "my phone is cleaner than these towels". If you want a great massage, you must stop by this place! WOW. I am so glad I decided to try this place out. I had a very hard workout and my lower body was aching. I needed my muscles to be massaged out well of all the knots and tightness from my workout. I had heard about this place from a close friend. I decided to call to see if I can come in last minute and low and behold, they were very accommodating! The owners Linda and Mike are the most welcoming and comforting people ever. They were very KIND. They were able to take me without any appointment. I told Linda what I needed done, and she assured me that the massage would be good. I usually prefer a male and the man's name was Tom. HE WAS AWESOME! He was very attentive to my needs and pain of the lower body. Also I had a persistent crick in my neck that had been bothering me for weeks and I told him about this. He was able to take the knot out easily. I really appreciated that he was able to focus on the areas that needed massaging not just what they wanted to do like some other massage places. They did what I wanted in terms of specific areas of the body that were sore. The place is very clean and tidy. I had a private room with dimming lights and low serene music playing quietly in the background. The massage was very professional and comfortable. Tom was awesome and I would most definitely come back and refer this place to my friends and family who are in need of a good massage. There was never any pressure of pre payment or even a tip at the end. I usually tip 30-50% if I'm very satisfied and trust me, I HAVE A LOT OF EXPERIENCE.
