Lapis is a beautiful spa it's one of my fav spas I've been to in Vegas I got a pedi here and the amenities are amazing my fav thing of all is the sauna master she made my experience top tier. My gf tried to book us for some pedicures and was told the amenities were no longer available for pedicures. So maybe just ask about that if your gettin a pedi

To start off, my "deep tissue" massage was amazing. The facilities and amenities are amazing. Absolutely zero complaints about my massage and I had the best time!!! The complimentary snacks, teas and coffees were soooo delicious. The amenities here have to be the best in Las Vegas. What I didn't care for and the reason for the 4 stars, was the amount of micro managing I felt while there. The staff was constantly hovering and telling us to put the phones away, even though we were on our way out and we were never told when we got there about the phone policy. Even though we weren't using our phones, they wanted them to be checked in at the front desk. That bothered me, and the constant hovering from the staff on every corner was a bit awkward for me. Also, it was a bit difficult to find prices online, it was a very roundabout way online, which was annoying as well.

Phenomenal experience. I've gone to many spas, in the country and abroad, and kept trying to think of one better than this -- I could not. This spa is worth every dime. If you need a sign to disbelieve money doesn't buy happiness, head on over to the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. It's new, cost billions to create, and is beautiful. The opulence makes you feel opulent. It's giving money at every turn. The only issue I had was an older man standing about 200ft from the spa, blocking/monitoring entry to the hotel elevators and spa. I get it, but it felt impractical and excessive. He gave me the "up and down" look like what's my business heading this way? I told him I had a service booked and kept it moving. Nothing was going to ruin this $300 spa experience. Nothing! The walk up to the spa was beautiful -- the softest plush carpet, spotless floors, and a calming scent upon entry. I arrived hours early to enjoy the amenities and still barely made it 5 minutes before my massage. They have a strict no-phone policy, yet I saw a woman on her phone loudly in areas where clothes are optional. I almost lost it. I wasn't about to risk getting banned. The spa itself is stunning. You get a locker and wristband with an efficient push-to-lock system -- no more fighting with spa codes and forgetting the combination. Plenty of showers, marble vanity areas, and a lounge area with bananas, nuts, mini muffins, and dispensers with still and sparkling water. Amenities I tried: * Quiet room with pod loungers and twinkling lights like a night sky (one of my favorites) * 3pm sauna dance (15 mins, 3 heat stages, intense but amazing) * Cold plunge (Jacuzzi-sized, holds 6-8 people) * Co-ed whirlpool with jet pods for back and feet * Infrared sauna (you sweat, but the air remains cool) * Inverted chairs for lower back (didn't really help) * Snowfall shower (shaved ice falling from above - cool but freezing) * Dry sauna * Eucalyptus/aromatherapy cool sauna * Salt room * Steam sauna (so thick you can't see) * Heated tile chairs * Women's heated pool & rain shower The massage area is upstairs, separated from the amenities, which I like. Sydney was my massage therapist and she did a great job. Lastly, the staff -- especially the young ladies doing tours and cleaning the women's side -- were extremely kind and helpful. Overall, this was an exceptional, luxurious, spa experience.

The most pilled fabric I have ever worn in my life.

This spa is so incredible and has amazing potential but either management isn't paying attention to detail or hasn't really talked to a customer with real spa experience rather than a tourist.. I live in Vegas and have visited many spas here and in various countries and this place just misses in some areas but then over excels in others. I love the stargaze room, the snow shower is incredibly unique and the stadium sauna with the hourly performances is a truly special experience. There are many different areas of the spa to explore and the layout feels luxurious. I really don't know if they spent all of their money on the performers because I'm noticing that some parts of this spa are not giving a 5 star experience like it should be. The snacks are a huge let down. Please make sure you bring your own snacks if you have any type of allergy or sensitivity because nothing is labeled. This seems like a huge liability and as a former food industry employee I find this a huge oversight. I'm not sure if they just want people to get hungry and leave but it's odd that you couldn't even order food here if you wanted to. The other quite disappointing part is the robe quality. How is it possible that I asked for three different robes and each one was so pilled and heavily used I didn't even want to wear it. I have been here twice and I really hope management reaches out because I would love to be a part of some kind of customer relations /experience project or just give some kind of guidance on where the budget could potentially be spent to elevate this amazing experience in Las Vegas. Please reach out! I am full of ideas and would love this place to level up. Please understand this space really is spectacular it could just use a nudge in a better direction.

This is one of the most beautiful fitness centers I've ever been in a boy have I've been to a lot of gyms in my lifetime!! it's absolutely gorgeous and the equipment is brand new. I love Precor ellipticals andtechno gym treadmills. It's nice and quiet in here on the view is beautiful. I am having a 2 1/2 hour lapis spa bonanza. I will take pictures if I can.

The best spa on the Las Vegas strip! This spa has a co-gender communal area, which is one of the reasons why we love coming here. The spa is huge with numerous of amenities. If you don't feel like joining the co-ed area, the women and men's locker room each has its own jacuzzi, sauna, steam room & lounge area. They also offer self-serve beverages (hot tea, water) and snacks. Guests are supplied with a towel, robe & sandals! Remember to bring your swimsuit :) Got to try out the towel/sauna show that lasted around 15 min during my last visit. Sauna is huge in the communal area that can fit around 25 people. There's a huge screen and loud music playing in the room that's relaxing for your soul. The man hosting the show cranked up the heat by throwing these huge ice balls and water onto the coal! He swirled through the sauna with a huge towel fanning the crowd with hot air. It can get pretty hot and intense, but my body felt soo good after! The massages here are phenomenal, especially Mary Ann! She's great and will leave you feeling soo relaxed. Also had May before and she pushed out all my stubborn knots and focused on areas where I had bad muscle aches. Cleanliness is maintained pretty well throughout the spa. Staff is constantly walking through to make sure the snack/beverage area is well-stocked, soiled towels are cleared out and brushing out puddles of water in walkway areas! Highly recommend this spa!!

Today was uneventful and all in great ways. The last time we came here, I didn't want to even walk in Lapis ever again. The mgmt really came thru and I finally came back on 11/24 and it was a spa day I so needed without interruptions. I want to thank Lapis for receiving my precious review and contacting me right away and insuring my next visit will be as great as I know they can be. We arrived, and checked in. After a few moments waiting, he was walked to the men's side and I was walked to the women's side. We agreed to meet in an hour at the co-ed side. I wanted to have some time to myself and enjoyed the quietness of the lounge (with fruits and snacks plus water and tea). Then I headed to the Star lounge for some more quiet time as it's a small room with comfortable loungers and desk with star lightings above. You can get a few zzzzs quite easily because I did. I met up with him in the co-ed area. It can be a bit noisy here as there's other couples and sometimes groups of ppl. We enjoyed the sauna with the instructor, the different rooms and of course the corner area with the most comfortable chairs that allow you to literally be feet up and you lying completely down. A must try. We spent a good 3 hours using the amenities. It's available M-TH only for $180 for 4hrs. It's definitely worth every penny and so recommend. Parking in the structure is free for locals for the full day so it's a add ++

LOVE! Came for a 60 min 5 point Star Massage. Our appointments were for 2pm, but we wanted to have time to use all the amenities so we arrived around 12pm. LOL PLEASE, do not bring your phones or drama into the spa. No one wants to hear about your work and family drama. We are here to relax! There is so much to do. The Co-ed area not only has a cold plunge, they have a snow room. Go inside, push the button and, snow will fall from the ceiling. There is also salt room, aromatherapy, hot sauna and zero gravity chairs. Ask about the events in the sauna. Michi was my therapist, she was amazing! We stayed in the spa area for almost 5 hours. Should have come in earlier and napped in the Star gazing lounge.

what we got because sounded beneficial to spine problems.

So i wanted to do more like a 4 star review, but amount paid was quite alot. it was a nice spa but here are some key notes: - couple massage does include pass to other amenities, (sleeping room, pools, wet sauna, salt room). - total cost includes gratuities $912 (cranial massage was good but didnt feel as different as a swedish?) so for the extra cost i would not get again! - my therapist was good i think her name is Anna or Amy. - i liked the instructor in the dry sauna for breathing exercise. - ALL of the lounge chairs by the pool had towels laid on them so we couldn't use!!! - salt room and wet sauna room small.

Does anybody know the costs for the packages, massages, etc? I can't find any information on pricing anywhere & website isn't helpful either. I also saw on the website that hotel guests pay an additional fee for access to the spa-so what is the fee?

Unfortunately, you have to go through the motions of booking a service to access the full menu and price list. (I was not a guest at the hotel when I went to the spa, so I don't know what fees a guest would be charged.)

It was easy to look over their services on their website, but to ensure my mom and I could do our massages together at the same time, I found calling them was much better. I had booked the 50-minute Prenatal Massage and my mom booked the 50-minute Thai LOAM Massage with a 50% reservation fee. We were required to show up 10 minutes before our appointments to fill out a waiver and survey, change out of our clothes, and get situated on the massage bed. We were originally going to be in separate rooms but they asked if it was okay to put us in the couples' room; not a problem. They set up my bed with the pregnancy wedge for my belly, and it was pretty comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I had a hard time breathing through the little head hole as they layered a lot of white sheets on top of the bed and made the hole smaller and stifling. I found myself having to breathe through my mouth but it was tolerable. For prenatal massages, they only offer light and medium pressure. However, in certain areas I did feel like I got deep pressure especially in my shoulders as I had a few knots and tightness there. Katie/Kathy was my masseuse and she knew exactly how to work out those kinks while still making the experience comfortable for a pregnant person. I still felt like I got deep tissue massage on my shoulders despite the prenatal massage policy of being at maximum medium pressure. My mom said she found her massage relaxing and loved her experience at LOAM. They gave us water cups at checkout and we left feeling pretty relaxed. I did have a bit of shoulder soreness for 2 days afterwards but that is to be expected for getting the incessant knots out of my back--shoutout to Katie/Kathy! IMHO, the facilities here are second to none! Where do I begin: - The 2 large rectangular hot tubs are outstanding! The temperature always feels comfortably warm. (They are marked as being at 103 degrees) Whenever I go to any spa, this is one of the first amenities I head towards. I'm always disappointed when I go to a spa on the Strip and the hot tub isn't even, you know, hot. Not an issue here! The temperature always felt perfect! - The waterfall showers are also a real treat to enjoy! I've been to numerous spas with deluge/waterfall showers, and they are always so freaking cold! Bleh. At the Encore Spa, the water is once again comfortably warm! I had to check out the whole row of showers! They also have a shower where you have 9 different streams hitting you all at once from all different directions! These showers can be set to be cold or warm depending on your preference. - The steam room is also, once again, set just the way I like it! HOT! I didn't spend much time in there though. I basically jumped around between the hot tubs, the waterfall showers, the stone loungers, the steam room, and the sauna. After about 4 hours of that, I was feeling like a noodle :) The service here is top notch, as one would expect from the mighty Wynn(/Encore). Vanessa at reception handled my check in and was friendly and pleasant. The attendants were friendly and helpful at every turn! Plus, they were really staying on top of keeping the place clean and looking great! I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years now. In that time, I have been to a lot of the spas in this city and Encore is far and away my favorite spa! The facilities are top notch and pristine. The service is always friendly, engaging, and professional. Although I didn't receive a massage this visit, I have purchased treatments here in the past and have always been impressed by the skill and professionalism of the providers. This has always been, and remains, a 5-star experience for me!

The front lobby is a "no-frills" Asian spa (Chinese-operated, not Korean), but don't let the modest exterior fool you--it is surprisingly huge inside and can accommodate up to 20 people at once. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me immediately. Here are a few tips for your visit: The Setup: The rooms are separated by doors for privacy, but the individual sections are divided by curtains, so you can sometimes hear neighbors talking. The Pressure: This is the place for people who actually want a hard massage. Even their "regular" pressure is much firmer than a "deep tissue" at a place like Burke Williams. I especially loved the technique where they step on your back--it's incredibly effective! Just make sure to be vocal about your preferences if you want them to adjust. Pricing & Upselling: They are very clear and upfront with their signs, but like any spa, they may offer add-ons. Just ask if something is included or an extra charge; they aren't trying to scam you, they're just running a business. Location: It's in a perfect spot right next to all the amazing restaurants off Spring Mountain, making it a great stop before or after dinner. If you don't need a giant hot tub or a steam room and just want a focused, high-quality massage that actually works out the knots, this is the spot. I left feeling super relaxed!

I chose the 60-minute deep tissue full body massage, which cost $68 for one hour. That price is actually on the lower side for the Las Vegas area. However, I felt that the therapist's pressure was not strong enough and didn't quite achieve the results I was expecting. That being said, the overall environment and pricing were still very good. It's definitely a place worth coming back to in the future.

The rooms are super comfortable--the table had a heated pad and the whole setup made for a great experience. I booked a one-hour Swedish with Massi and she was amazing. But, I will have to say me and my partner really enjoyed the privateness of this place. It was fun to learn they also have a location in Henderson and they will also get the couple suites. I made same day reservations which is on the phone only to book couples room, followed by a text to fill out your credit card information, followed by a few hours later to fillout preferences (though you can do this in person before service). The couples room was cute with a steam room, two person jet water bath and a infrared sauna (lower temperature). If I had to make a upgrade suggestion, I would say hotter sauna, add fun couple elements to the bath maybe a cute massage oil and for the sauna maybe offer a salt or sugar self scrub before access the steam room. I felt the experience of the couples room was nice but like it was missing elements to make it romantic and opportunities to interact with one another which a oil or scrub would help with. Anyways the massages were well worth it and really good. We both ended up doing the special which combines Swedish with thai stretching. Felt really relaxed afterwards and just focused on hydration with tea and water the next two days. Slept really well. I will be back!
