My husband and I were missing the foot spas we used to get pre-baby so we wanted to find one in Vegas while my parents babysat. We came here because of the good Yelp reviews (thanks, fellow Yelpers!). We were not disappointed. We opted for the $25 hour foot massages with reflexology. We were escorted to a partitioned room with two beds (see picture). I liked the private feel of the semi private room without the prying eyes of other customers. We both had male masseuses who applied firm but not too deep pressure. While your feet soak in warm water, your head, face, neck and shoulders are massaged, then your arms and hands before they get to your feet. After your feet are massaged (I especially liked the hot stones - which I think come with the reflexology option), then your legs and you're asked to flip over and they massage/stretch your back. A full hour later, I felt more relaxed and the sore back I had from sleeping poorly last night was gone. We tipped $15 each (total with tip was $40/person). These guys work hard and we appreciated it. As we were leaving, we were offered complimentary bottled waters and a stamp card (you get a free massage after ten). We went to QQ Foot Spa for a 1 hour foot massage for $25.. We called about 15 minutes ahead of time and they were able to take us. The owner,QQ, greeted us and gave us bottled waters. I think my massage was by Lily. She starts by soaking my feet while i laid back on the bed as she gives a head, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. They usually massage your eyebrows, temples and forehead area, but I told her not to because I had make-up on which she said no problem. Then she proceeds to a fantastic foot massage. The last 10 mins she asked me to lie face down and massages my back. The massage was a perfect amount of time. Sometimes I do 75 or 90 minutes but it just depends... the massage is usually pretty hard-core with her walking on your back and stretching your body so it just depends on how much you feel you can take. Today's was just right! Having been to a few other foot spas in Vegas, there were a couple reasons why this one stood out...they didn't short us on time by having you lie there with your feet soaking while they leave the room for 5 to 10 minutes lessening your massage time... she started massaging right away and gave the full 1 hour. She didn't have fingers that smelled of smoke which I noticed some do. She didn't talk throughout the whole massage to the other therapists in another language while you wonder what they are saying. She did ask if I was ok. If the pressure was good. She was friendly! When we were done , we paid QQ and she offered us more bottled water and some candy. She was genuinely thankful for our patronage and asked us to come again. The overall experience was nice and I will be back again. TIP: Regarding Tipping, these foot spa places are cheap for a 1 hour massage. A $10-15 tip on a $25 foot massage is normal and expected ! read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. As a woman I called to see if I could get in for a massage with me and my husband. The person who answered told me they didn't speak English so I asked for someone who did and they said there was no one and I can't come in. So my husband calls 10 minutes later just to see what the issue is and magically has no problem booking an appt. We show up and there's a gate inside and the woman tells my husband to go back and shoots a glare at me sitting on the couch. I'm easy going, but off the bat I felt unwelcome and disrespected. Apparently women are not wanted here for services. I really hope you reconsider your practices as it was extremely unprofessional and came off verrrrry shady. Avoid this place unless you're a male looking for something special is the message we got loud and clear. read more

We went there for our 2nd time tonight, because our first experience was very relaxing and wonderful... I think its hit or miss with this place. Tonight we paid for a 2 hour massage for myself and my husband. By the end of it we left in more pain then we started with. We should have explained we were there to relax, not to have our muscles pulverized. If you go there make sure to directly explain what you do or do not enjoy... unfortunately for us we will not be back, we need a trip to the chiropractor now instead. The staff is very kind though, although very pushy for tips. We tipped them each 20.00 and the front gal tried to tell us we needed to tip another 20 (per hour). Took my mom here because of good reviews on Yelp. The masseuses & owners were friendly. But the massage was not good. I have had so many massages in the past years on a monthly basis & deep tissue massage here wasn't as good as I expected. My mom also agreed with me that they focused more on the feet & shins/calves than the back which needed the most attention. My back was all tingling due to too much rubbing. My tension & sore muscles weren't worked on. I asked my masseuse to work on my shoulder blades with her elbow & fingers. She used her fingers for like 30 seconds then back to rubbing my back with her arms, and the tingling continued. She didn't massage my face either. Tipped my masseuse $10 & my mom's $8. Qq's place is amazing and I got one of the better massages I've ever had. I've tried the reflexology foot (body) massage setups in Las Vegas twice before. The first time I didn't really know what was happening when I sat down at a storefront spot near the entry of Circus Circus Adventuredome. The set up was out in public view and the masseuse haggled me out of my money to add more and more services. It was decent though. Second time, I went to one that had really late night service. This time, I was in a private area and it was a full body situation even though it just says foot massage. I was hooked. Qq's setup is more like the latter but she is the best of the best. I've been to upscale spas in cities all over the country but very few compare to my experience in this unassuming little store front. Will there be some chatter you hear from the other customers coming in and workers? Yes. If they are short handed, will your masseuse stop to answer the phone or wait on a customer? Yes. Do you think I care? No. $25 is unheard of in a fancy schmancy spa for any comparable body work service. I really need to start making QQ a more regular part of my lifestyle. read more

This was the most amazing experience I have ever had at a reflexology place. I have some of the worst calves and feet. Last year I broke my foot,ankle, and lower leg in a bad skiing accident. Every day I am in pain and and have severe cramps. Not to mention he lack of mobility and flexibility in my lower extremities. I have a 1 hour deep tissue foot massage by the strong yet accurate hands on a gentleman named Ye and he worked Wonders in my leg and foot. I have never felt so good and relaxed after. I attend these reflexology shops about 3 times a week in Houston where I am from and I have never had someone work as hard and concisely as this gentleman did on each fiber and tendon of my legs and feet. He rubbed each knot out of my leg and soreness out of each tendon in my foot. You will not regret coming to this location. A+++ Work! I will be coming back any and every time I come to Vegas. I visited QQ on Monday 4/9/18 as a treat to myself on my last night in Vegas. After discovering this place on yelp, driving back to my hotel I realized there were about 20 very similar "foot spas" in the general vicinity (about 5-10 mins off the strip) I called to make sure they had availability. It was great because they then sent me a text with this address and thanking me for scheduling an appointment. The $25 1 hour "foot" massage was amazing! I mean you can't really beat that price for a whole hour. My back was cracked, my shoulders were relaxed, my feet got a lot of love too. Much needed after drinking and having a good time all weekend. The only thing I have a concern about it the language barrier with the cashier/ lady at the front desk. It would have been nice if she was more fluent in English and we didn't have to repeat ourselves several times. We each left a $10 tip, it was kinda weird because the masseuse sat there while we paid to ensure/ see what we were tipping. Overall it was a good experience, though! I got a guy, I didn't get his name, but he used his NAILS to massage my feet. I just wanted it to end. No i didn't pay for someone to tickle me and hurt me. I'm 105lbs petite and he went so hard on the massage and massaged my neck in a rush (super harsh) as if he was in a rush and did neck stretch things and it hurt my neck so bad. He tried to pop my neck but it didn't work and it only strained it. I ALWAYS get deep tissue and I like my massages hard but this guy didn't even know what he was doing or where to press because it was all nail and extreme pressure on bones and areas that easily get bruised. My friend's lady left the room for 15 minutes and finished the same time as me. She got jipped. I don't know what the lady was doing but she left and was just talking to someone. She came back and did a quick foot massage but ended it the same time as my guy did. That's so bad. The employees here don't care to be loud or not either. Finally, after paying for the $22 dollars of a wasteful and painful hour, I gave the guy 7 bucks and they literally stopped me and said 10 dollars is the MINIMUM for "so-so" massages. Like it wasn't so-so. It was TERRIBLE. the audacity to ask me to tip more. I kept my mouth shut because they wouldn't understand me anyway. My friend tried to get them to understand but they just don't speak English. I get if you can't speak English, but everyone knows numbers no matter what country you're from. We showed her the calculator the exact amount plus tip and she stared at it and showed us the tip chart and just did not know what we were talking about. We had to walk her through it like a child. It's math. Everyone can count 22 plus tip. Especially with a calculator. The whole process was just unbelievable I go to too many of these places and the 4 and a half stars are usually fine. There was a bit of confusion with payment since barely anyone spoke much English but that got straightened out shortly. Paid $35 for an hour-long full-body massage. My sister and her husband paid $40 for 75 minutes. They have a tip guide posted that I've seen at most of these cheap foot spas ($10 = sad face, $15 = kinda happy face, etc). My masseuse was decent despite not understanding a couple of my requests, so I gave him a $15 tip. I did feel relaxed afterwards so I guess that's what really matters. Unfortunately, QQ Foot Spa has a new owner. They were friendly, but the massage was terrible. The woman basically just rubbed oil on my feet and legs. This was a shame because I was really sore from two days of hiking and my feet and legs could've used the work. Then, when it was time to get to the back portion, she told me to take off my shirt without giving me any privacy. Very unprofessional. The previous owner's workers never asked me to do this and just did the massage over your clothes (this is true with other foot reflexology places). Also, another difference is that they ask for payment upfront. I said I didn't want to pay first and needed the service to be completed before I could know what to tip. She was OK with that. Found this reflexology on yelp. Called for last minute appointment the lady on the phone confirm for 10 PM. I arrived at 9:59 was told 10 minutes so I asked to use the restroom which is nice and clean and I was then a lead to my room, 10minutes later my feet were placed in a hot bucket of water which was awesome. But only got to soak my feet for about five minutes when the gentleman came back took the bucket and then left me again for another 10 minutes. He finally Came in and started my massage his name was YE. A very strong gentleman. I asked him to do my neck and shoulders a little more , don't know if he understood because I didn't get any extra attention to that area. I'd also prefer to skip the back of the leg and butt massage it feels weird to me.. If you like strong ask for YE ! I could've used a little less pressure which I did have to tell him softer numerous Times; other than that it was a great massage. Superb service and the staff is really experienced. The techniques are unique and different. I've been to many many foot spa places and this is by far the best one. Do not confuse the deep tissue pain. It's worth every moment and will get better. There's a language barrier but the staff are patience and will do their best to understand you. All in all, the massage techniques are superior and are not cookie cutter like other places. They first soak your feet in warm water & you get a great foot massage for $25 for the hour. They even used hot stones for parts of it. The only drawback is the guy that massaged me went so hard on the back of my legs that I'm still bruised 2 days later & sore. Next time I'm definitely asking for a female. Make sure to ask them to go easy because parts of it were hardcore unless you find torture relaxing. Make sure to tip at least $10! You're getting an hour massage for $25, can't beat it!
