Each top was $2.98. Super cute for spring!

Was searching for treasures today. I found this awesome thrift store. Pretty well organized you will find things that you are searching for I was really amazed. All the women's tops are $2.98. I found two really cute tops and a Disney plush for $1.91. Lots of great finds! They do charge $1 for the credit/debit machine so I would suggest coming with cash.

Store always has new product going out daily as well as monthly half off sales but attitude of staff / cashier can be rude / nice nasty

Understaffed on the day they were there and would only take certain items. Too bad we were unable to leave the an entire houseful.

Warning !!! May Cause Severe Flashbacks and Wallet Damage. I…read morerolled up to Rapstin's Red Barn thinking, "Okay, 30 minutes, quick pit stop, kill some time before my event." Ha! That's what I get for tempting fate. What actually happened was an hour and a half descent into a delightful rabbit hole of forgotten things and childhood trauma. Seriously, this isn't a store; it's a time machine disguised as a barn. There is so much junk (read: treasure) packed into this place, you genuinely get lost. Every corner is a trip down memory lane, full of items that spark severe reminiscing of childhood days. I saw things I hadn't thought about since the invention of the internet. It's an absolute riot for your nostalgia receptors. The best part? Unlike therapy, this adventure ended with a tangible prize! I actually found something fantastic and, even better, the price was surprisingly low. If you need a genuine distraction, a hit of curiosity, or you're shopping for that one family member who is notoriously impossible to buy for (just get them something from the 80s...It'll work), this place is your new go-to. Just cancel your next appointment BECAUSE you're going to be here a while.

I found myself looking in here for hours and not wanting to leave. The service is also friendly and the store is bright and clean all the time. I was the first orphan out of the 100 Year history to do this for D&M Home My event was called "Eagle Eyes Ride for the David and Margaret Home" I made History for the home and the Ride ended up at the United Methodist Church of La Verne for Live music - raffle - food 50/50 and vendors I'm 65 years old now and David and Margaret will always be my HOME!! One good thing about the home they took us to see the Beatles in 1964 and in 1965 they took us to the MGM Grand Studios to see the king himself Elvis Presley where he gave a child a stuffed animal personally I got a black cat with diamond shaped green eyes.... For my many mothers…read more I was raised here for a large chunk of my childhood. It was a wonderful place. Here I learned my life lessons, how to walk in high heels, how to play an instrument and how not to do the things that parents do to land one of their children here. The David and Margaret home for girls was where I found shelter by the state of California when I became a ward of the state. It is a large compound behind metal gates in the San Gabriel valley of Los Angeles. When you enter the large gates there are clerical, administrative and counseling offices, followed by ten small cottages that house ten girls and two staff members in each. I spent many years in the Mueller on your right. Dead ahead will be a dining hall and behind it, a recreation center and a swimming pool. At the very end of the complex is a large white estate which was the original orphanage that contributes it's name today. The estate is home to a store and behind her is a horse, that if she is still living is named Oatmeal. Girls like me who have exited abusive homes are treated to counseling, food, shelter and an education. *The rules are very strict. You may not exit the gates of the complex without being AWOL. A bell rings to announce a meal of county food and a light shines in your eyes every night on the hour from a night guard. You will not receive hugs or personal treatment from the staff who is regularly changed to ensure that you not become attached, but you will also never be harmed again as long as you are here. I have many stories about this place like skating at Skateland, camping at Leo Carillo in Malibu for winning the softball championship, carrying my first picket sign and many others. I'll tell you one. We received an allowance from the state of California of $3.25 per month each. If you could manage to not break a rule for 30 days, the allowance increased. (These rules were hard not to break) A state inspector went through your shared bedroom with a white glove every morning. Chores, grades, recreational credits and household interactions were part of the grade. I was a disaster, I was inconsolable because no one loved me. Or so I thought;) I used the angst to break the record for going the longest without breaking the rules. My eyes were on the prize and like the stubborn, one track minded girl that I am, I was obsessed. After years of saving, I finally did it. I bought my Yamaha G35 acoustic guitar, tuner and case at Guitar Center. I was twelve years old. I practiced every night to make use of the time that I was not permitted to watch television and taught myself how to play without the aid of a book. It took a couple more years to make a career out of it. To Adrian, Pat and all the other proctors: Thank you for raising me. To the nurses, therapists, teachers and counselor's: Thank you for everything. I am here because of you. I'll spend my life writing this review. For now, no words can credit you what you are owed for taking me in. I'll try to do you right by the actions of my life. David and Margaret takes contributions and accepts mentors with special skills. You can donate your time doing things like giving music lessons. This is an amazing place to lend your hands. Your Christmas cards and your good intentions.

UPDATE ...... 2/15…read more Yucaipa Bike Center rocked it and took care of business. I took the bike into the shop and showed them the issues. The immediately apologized and showed legitimate concern and offered take care of the bike and get it back to me as quick as possible. I expected 2-3 days but they reached out to me the next day saying the bike was ready to be picked up. They even offered to extend the service period to 2 years for the inconvenience. Also, the helmet that I got ended up on back order with no expected ship date, so they went to another shop and got one. I have gotten a few rides in now and the bike is working and riding great. Now the rider just needs to get as good as the bike. It is easy to right bad reviews and forget about them. But let me say this, yes, I was very upset and frustrated but Yucaipa Bike Center made it right without excuses and that is the kind of place I want to do business with. Thank You to Yucaipa Bike Center and I look forward to doing business with you for a long time to come. I purchased a new Marlin 6 tonight. Super excited till I got home. I found that the new bike has two rims that are both untrue and the front brake rotor is rubbing. I put the deposit down on Sunday and was told it would be in Tuesday or Wednesday. We will call you as soon as we get it in. I had to call to see if it was in yet. So far not happy with Trek Bikes or Yucaipa Bike Center. Why would you let a bike leave your shop without making sure it was ready and right? I'm seriously considering getting my money back and doing business elsewhere. Customer service does not exist anymore Found another issue last night... I was to frustrated to post last night. The disk brakes aren't even tightened down! Seriously are you kidding me? I'm definitely not very pleased at all. I'lol let you know the final outcome, if they make it right or if I give it back.
