The prices were surprisingly high for basic store brands. It was also extremely overcrowded, making it difficult to browse through anything. It seems like there's just too much inventory packed into the space. Lower prices would make a big difference. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

Upon arriving at the store, I noticed a variety of clothing displayed on the front porch as well as on mannequins in front of the store. As I walked up to the front entrance, I noticed a mini wire gate blocking the entrance with three signs regarding a place for the homeless to get free showers and a sign asking customers to close the gate or Sam will escape. Upon entering the store, I discovered that "Sam" is a dog. Soon after entering the store, I was approached by the store employee who asked if I needed help. After I replied no, she informed me that items in the front with blue and lavender tags are 50% off and this applied to items inside as well. While browsing the store clothing racks, I liked the variety and quality of the clothes on the shelves. This store uses every bit of free space to display items which includes, shirts, jackets, dresses, shoes, purses, and hats. I liked that the store has a dressing room available with a chair to sit in if you need to take your clothes off to try on a new outfit or if you're trying on shoes. I also liked that while inside the store, employees didn't hover over me while shopped so I was feel to browse at my own pace. Although the store is cramped, the amount of women's clothing that's available in various sizes and styles make this a must visit place when you're in the area. In closing, while the amount of items and the store layout can be overwhelming to some shoppers, there are clothing gems to be found if you're willing to search for it. read more

This is a gem of a local consignment boutique. It's filled with all kinds of treasures that changes daily. It's a great place to just wander through and see what catches your eye. The owner is stealing. I consigned almost 100 high end items. She had them priced over $50. She only gave me $81.85 Total for all the items I took there. Look at her Yelp reviews. I have a strong feeling the reviews on this site is her friends and family. How could see have horrible reviews on Yelp and not on Google. No way. It's very trashy and unclean. When I asked her how do I know how much and what sold. She got 2 inches to my face and started yelling at me. I was scared she was going to hit me. It was so uncalled for. The first time I went in there to get paid for my items. She went in her cash register and gave me $27.00 without looking at any paperwork. That's incredible to me. Does she have everything memorized?? No! She started yelling at another lady when she asked about the money. I wouldn't use this business. She's not professional and she try's to intimidate people when asked questions about the money. I'm suing her. When I went in today to take pictures of the items. She had a few of my items boxed up. She said all my items were in the box. Well, I looked around more and found more of my high end items that she didn't put in the box. It was a vintage skirt. Priced at $48.69. She was excited when I brought it in. She tried to keep it. Don't trust her. She's a bully. My items were the nicest in there. When I asked her what happened to all my items. She said she donated them. No way!!!! Why would she donate them when they were the nicest she had in there. Lies!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! ITS A SCAM!! She's the only one that benefits. She stated the Mexicans wants the slips and the black people is wants the church hats. read more

Still an utterly shady business. I am still waiting for a response from them when I asked for proof of sales of my items and sale prices. They say that all of my items were 'donated' with zero proof of which of my items sold and for what price. PLEASE do not patronize this business for sales or purchases! I have contacted the City of Beaumont to report this fraudulent business. When I originally dropped off my items, I asked for a receipt, and they told me to take photos of the items because they didn't have time for itemized receipts! Here are some of the photos that I took before they shooed me out because they had so much to do! Many of my items were designer with the original price tags ($250-$325) plus designer Kate Spade purses and shoes. The items that I still found in the store were those very unusual Kate Spade items. They had a tag on them that was ONE number above my number for all of the items that I brought in on the same day. I have been coming to this treasure of a store for over a year! This is my favorite store by far! They have great prices, great quality items, name brand items for great prices. You will not find another store like this! Believe me, I've looked far and near! The ladies are extremely friendly, polite, and very helpful. I go about once a month and never leave empty handed. They also have great sales every month. A must go to store! You will not regret it! They have clothes in all sizes. The store has vintage, name brand clothes, purses, jewelry etc. if you're looking for amazing treasures, you need to visit this store in Beaumont. the entire store is too packed in with clothes. it's very difficult to look thru the blouses. perfume bottles have broken tops. outdated jackets and lots of them- it's summer hot. floor needs to be vacuumed. really- this store could do a lot better and sell more if they made necessary changes. read more

I loved this store not only because they have extremely low prices for the high quality stuff, but because they love their customers. 1. Ladies who work there are nice, polite, and you feel warm family atmosphere. 2. You can see how they put their spirit in this store. Clothes kept well organized by types and sizes. I know how much effort you have to put into organizing so much stuff in such little space. 3. They have small section for kitchen stuff, and section for makeup, soups, masks. There are 2 women that run this store I believe -- both of them very rude. Anytime I pass this place, they never seem busy, no one ever stops to check this place out (probably because they're way overpriced for merchandise you can easily find at a thrift store) However these women definitely have the time to come and harass neighboring patrons about parking spaces. This store shares a (very small) parking lot with two other businesses. I had to go into one of these businesses and after I was finished I figured I'd check the consignment shop out, given the fact I've been there before a while ago. Definitely changed my mind when one of these women stormed into the business I was currently patronizing to harass us about where I had parked. After I was finished, I came out to my car and noticed they had taped a pretty aggressive note to my car window threatening to tow my car. Funny thing was, the parking space I had parked at had no indication that those parking spots were paid for by the consignment shop! This place really has no redeeming quality! Their clothes are overpriced, the owners are rude, and clearly bored with nothing else better to do! I'm guessing they rely on regular customers because this is how they treat patrons they don't recognize. I must not be the only one given such terrible ratings I'm seeing here on Yelp. This is the most dirt and messy store. Went there and walked around for a bit, never saw the store keeper if we even would have wanted to purchase anything. There is a kitchen in the middle of the mess with open containers of snacks all over the place. The handwritten sarcastic signs are very unwelcoming. read more

This place is great, a pure treasure of unique clothing, purses, jewelry etc... I have gone here for years and love it. I both consign and shop here. The owner is always friendly, informative and full of energy. If you consign here, after your items sell, you can use the $$ as store credit or just get cash. There is a huge inventory here so it is wise to give yourself plenty of time while here. And it is fun to shop here often because of the constant arrival of "new" items. There is parking both in the front and the back of store. The store is closed on Sundays & Mondays. I definitely recommend checking it out!! read more

Items were donated without any notification after the owner had held onto them for more than a year. I came into the store and made the request to take some collector dolls back after the first Christmas they didn't sell, but she didn't respond by retrieving them; instead she wanted to try again the upcoming Christmas she said. Then after the first holiday season (after a month) I called to find out what happened. "Your items have been donated," I was told curtly and, "because you left them too long." I was stunned. If she was the one pressuring me to leave them to sell, the least she could have done was give me the option of taking them back! Owner refused to comment further when I complained that I had the right to have been notified prior to donation, since these were irregular items that were not being treated as clothing items with no specified time period before being donated. Since she had already had the items up for sale for more than a year already, she wanted obviously to keep them, and I suspected that they went somewhere other than the donation box. That happened with some other items as well that were clothing. When I went to retrieve them she would say, "They are way back there in storage somewhere and I don't want to get them out right now. Just leave them and we'll give it another try next season." The Annelina dolls I lost were collector dolls worth a lot of money and she refused to tell me where she had donated them, so even if I wanted to, I could not try to reclaim them. I agree with another reviewer, Susan K., that there is no real way to tell how much money is going to the consigner/consignee as she doesn't have anything in the way of records for the customer to see and doesn't detail what things have been sold for. I have consigned things before at other consignments, and they showed you clearly what had sold and for how much, when, etc. I expected for the loads of clothing I consigned with her from my mother's estate to get more than I did. Owner was very friendly and courteous prior to the incident, and I enjoyed shopping there. After my last consigning experience I have not wanted to return. read more

I've never used a consignment store that doesn't let you know how many items you've sold. Payment is in cash and you have no idea if it's right or wrong since you don't know what or how many items you've sold. At the end of your "agreement" you have to find your items if you want them back. I won't be going back! read more
