(It wasn't even a labeled exit) at 3 o'clock in the morning. I called AAA and they sent the nicest Christ-like man you've ever met in your life. He immediately put us in his big safe tow truck, hooked up my car and towed it home with all our suitcases since we were returning from a trip. He was incredibly nice and he actually looked at the lights that had come on in my car to help me figure out what my next step was and how to get it fixed. We were in a very dangerous spot in the freeway, and he came and saved us. I think the technicians name was Ruben. We have had them come to our house before for dead batteries and such and they've always been very helpful. Thank God there are hard-working men that you can call for help at 2:30am (a very dangerous time to be out driving because I'm drunk drivers who have a tendency to swipe cars parked on the side of the freeway!) and they show up with the right equipment and they know what they're doing.
