She also did a refresh on my already bleached hair with a fantasy color so when it came down to washing that out she basically wet all of the right side of my face taking my makeup off. She got water in my left ear as well just plopping her wet hands all over the sides of my face. Then she installed the tinsels from a kit that I had brought myself. Her demeanor was pleasant enough but I can't imagine trusting her with intricate work such as extensions that she claims she also services. When it came down to charging me she kept tapping on the register buttons and I grew concerned and hits me with a total of approximately $305. I really was confused I mean this is the high desert and they are charging hourly here. I'm a hardworking individual myself I get the hustle but the pricing breakdown truly did not translate to what I received, when I travel to San Bernardino and LA to upscale salons I have no issue paying that much because I receive much better care! And complementary drinks for that matter.. When I called the salon back the next day to try and resolve this issue I spoke with Joe I believe is his name possibly the manager? He told me I had to speak with the stylist directly and that was what I was trying to avoid I really did not like that he put me in that awkward position when I tried speaking to someone supposedly higher up about a service I feel like wasn't pleasant and a charge that was pretty high to just shell out for said experience. I wasn't a happy client and they didn't care. I booked an appointment to remove the tinsel the upcoming week since I went away for the weekend but I just decided to go to a salon near the hotel I was staying at in LA to remove the beads the next day because of how tight she had clamped some of them it felt sore. When we arrived, we were acknowledged immediately and offered us beverages while we waited. My daughter hadn't gotten a hair cut since she was about 3, but the stylist that she was assigned to was very welcoming and walked her through everything she was doing. Jeremy was my stylist and was also very welcoming and professional. It was a great experience, we will definitely visit again.

Hi. I am leaving a 5 star rating. I usually do my own hair, because of prior bad experiences at salons in the high desert & my hair not looking any thing close to what I have asked for. I decided to check out the salon in my neighborhood after hearing about them on Facebook (& reading) all their positive reviews. The woman who did my hair was Coilin. She did a color correction on my hair. I went in with medium brown hair & I now have beige with blonde highlights. Before starting, she warned me because my hair was dark it wouldn't look exactly like the image that I showed her (which is to be expected with darker hair), but she would get it as close to it as she could. (& She did!) I am so, super duper happy with the outcome. She did a great job! She gave me her business card & has been so sweet. I went in 1 week later & she put more toner in my hair at no cost! I tipped her because I am so happy not only with her work, but her great customer service. She is a very sweet women & I would recommend every one to this salon. They're very welcoming & friendly. I decided out of the blue yesterday that I wanted to get my hair done and called around 12:45 in the afternoon to see if they could fit me in today. Luckily they were able to get me in with Taren and it was great! She was just so sweet and the time flew by. I didn't really know what I wanted done with my hair other than I wanted to get it cut much shorter and colored with some chunks and highlights. She was able to guide me to the perfect color and I love it. She was able to thin my really thick hair, color, cut and style it in about 2 hours which is amazing! My son's also get their hair cut with them once a month and they always love their haircuts and looks so handsome. I will be back for sure! read more

I went to Oasis for the first time ever and I am so thankful I did! :D I scheduled an appointment with Armando and didn't know what to expect really so I went in and he did the most amazing job on my hair ever! He took his time and made sure my hair was done correctly. On top of that he made my Ombre look perfect. Before I had brown hair with tons of different colors in it because I had dyed my hair red and black before and it had faded. I just had my first visit and service here at Oasis and was very happy with my experience. I was a walk-in client wanting a haircut. Coilin was the stylist available at that time and so she took me back. She greeted me and was very inviting and friendly. From consultation to shampoo to cut to styling... she was great! I felt with each part, she took the time and was very thorough, not rushing or half-heartedly going through the motions. It was great to learn about all of her experience too. I tried Oasis when I couldn't get an appointment at my regular salon. Danny cut and colored my hair. I have always left salons feeling like my hair looked good, but never great. Danny paid attention to what I wanted and was a wonderful consultant. He helped me choose a color right for me that also complemented my skin tone. I have seen him 3 times and he is consistently AWESOME. I don't want to go anyone else. I told my son that he needs to change salons. Regarding the salon itself, the staff work well together, seem to value each others opinions (with consulting), & there is a friendly atmosphere. read more

Jessica has been doing the color and keratin treatment on my hair for almost two years now, first at another salon and now here at Oasis, and she does an amazing job. She is great at what she does and I'm always thrilled with how my hair looks when she gets done with it. Finding the right hair dresser is sometimes difficult especially if your going blond. I was very hesitant to change hairdressers but I needed to find a hairdresser in the high desert driving down the hill was not an option anymore. Okay no worries but I couldn't do the time she wanted with less than 24 hours notice. She then wanted to change the day all together which sucked so when she offered to return my deposit I said cool. I let her know it was the big chop for me and I was already nervous so I'll keep looking. Again no attitude or hard feelings I even said I will keep her in mind if our schedules can match. Nope she literally blocked me lol. So unprofessional especially when I was very polite when she was unprofessional.
