I called this morning and SW Drilling's Lance was here in 4 hours! Diagnosed the problem was likely in the control box, but to get into it, he had to chisel around the house stucco to be able to open the box to confirm the diagnosis. It was like watching a skilled surgeon at work--very careful and exacting. Very little mess, no cracking. BINGO. His diagnosis was right and he had the correct replacement on the truck!! Installed it and out the door in less than an hour and at a very fair price. Whew. PS: I hope my well continues to work for years despite its age, but there is no way I will call any other company if it stops working.
