The original owner drilled a well for my parents about 45 years ago and it has served my family well. I did have to replace the pump about 10 years ago and then I lost a bladder in October of 2024. Over the 4th of July weekend the water started spitting out the faucet and things got a little cloudy. It completely shut off while my son was watering the garden. I found the Contact Us on their website and filled it out on Sunday. On Monday morning I received a phone call from the company and was told they would put me on the list. Christian was in the neighborhood and came by to check this morning. Wow! They hadn't even called yet. He checked out the pump and pulled the cover off the well. He was going to leave the pump off and said they would be by sometime next week, and when I said something about drinking bottled water till then. He went straight to the truck and called the office. Apparently, it makes a difference when the water is for your home because there was a truck here within 30 minutes pulling the pipe out of the ground. He had such a backlog of work that he wouldn't be able to replace the pump for a week. He made a few contacts and gave recommendations for others to perform the work. I was able to get one of his referrals to pull the pump the next day. He shared his findings with them which saved an added trip to assess the problem.
