They were here within an hour, ascertained yes, it was the submersible pump that had given out 23 years later. So the repairman asked if we wanted it replaced that day. We spoke with their office, they quoted a price and we had water again within a few hours. Received their invoice and it was exactly what was quoted over the phone to the penny. We would recommend them to our friends and strangers in a heart beat.

On July 10, 2010 I contacted Oasis to have my sprinkler back flow pump repaired. The service…read moretechnician Corey arrived at my home and immediately broke off a value from the pump after being told that the value was frozen shut and could not be opened. He cleaned the backflow pump but did not repair the broken valve. In addition he replaced several sprinkler head and capped two head. In doing the repair work he cut the line to the rain sensor which is no longer working. Corey completed his work and ask that I write the check to him personally and not to Oasis for $295.00. I checked my account later that day and the check was cashed immediately by Corey. I contact the owner of Oasis who said he would speak with Corey and have him call me to do the repair. I have not been able to reach anyone at the company since being told the service technician would contact me on 07/18/2012 @ 8:30 am.

Like reviews before me, if there is no thought of big money to be made up front don't waste your time by calling. I had a electrical, and a possible tank and motor issue. All I needed was a appointment for someone to come out and trouble shoot all my equipment and fix or replace what was needed. Simple and up front. Montana well drilling told me up front that it was $150.00 for a service call. OK, no problem. I did not flinch. ( maybe I was supposed to? ) I was asked by Montana well drilling to get all electrical fixed first. I did, no problem. Then I was asked to take photos of my equipment and text to Montana well drilling so they could see what equipment I had. OK, done no problem. I have the basic normal equipment. Long story short I was expecting a quick returned phone call for that appointment that never came. I called back and left a nice message, no call back. I texted a couple of times, no call or text back. This could have been good business, and a good future customer. But I was treated not good at all. So, I wanted to share this with all that are thinking about calling Montana well drilling. By the way. The company that came out quoted me $125.00 for a service call. When they completed the equipment check, AND water system check. They only charged me $50.00. And yes, they were professional and thorough.
