The third party manager is "never available" to address the illequipt and poorly trained pharmacy staff. PHARMACISTS ARE STILL TELLING VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS THAT THEY MUST PAY 100% OUT OF POCKET. Ignorance and a complete lack of proper supervision is costing local Veterans hundreds, if not thousands of dollars a month in unnecessary out of pocket fees, being fraudulently charged by a mysterious third party pharmacy hiding in the shadows.
