Fajitas Laredo for two, no tomatoes
    Steven M.

I have to agree with the disappointment of the new location. I appreciate the need to have moved from their old location but the new location is, I'm my opinion, a location of death. That's where businesses go to die. Small, cramped, horrible parking, bad curb appeal, and hardly visible from the road. I can only imagine that the kitchen is significantly smaller and I think the food is not as good as it was before the move. The ambience is lacking. We will still visit Oaxaca to help the business but it won't be our favourite place in town any longer UPDATE AUGUST 31, 2019 As we do most of the time we've come back to support local business. The food was as before, no complaints, not a place I'll be coming for a birthday either. Have to admit I love the chips and salsa here. Two drinks, fajit's laredo for two, $27. Quite a good deal for all the food you get.

Started our meal with the complementary salsa and chips and added a side of queso dip to go along with our chips. My husband says this restaurant has the best shrimp fajitas that he has ever tasted so he ordered Shrimp Fajitas and enjoyed them very much. Decided I would try something different tonight and ordered the Camarones Al Ajillo (Shrimp with garlic butter sauce). Found this dish to be a delightful non-spicy entrée for a change of pace. Needless to say we enjoyed our meal and will be back again in the future.

As a Texan, I was thrilled to find some genuinely good Mexican food today. The chips, salsa, food, and drinks were all fantastic!

All the food must come from a can. Never saw any real cheese. Just simply the worst Mexican food I ever ate.

Not bad for Southern Missouri. Try the Reyeno Oaxacano. Great stuff. Salsa could use a little more punch.

Food is bland. 2 people in my party got food poisoning. It was dirty too. Won't eat there again.

It's okay. I guess I was spoiled living in California all those years. I will visit once in a while.

Flaming Margaritas at the Landing (3015 W 76 Country Blvd, Branson, MO 65616)…read more There's plenty of parking near the Landing if you don't feel like walking. No reservations here, so it's first come, first served. Our waitress, Madison, was awesome from start to finish with drinks, menu help, and just great, relatable conversation! My guy started with a dragonfruit, peach, and mango margarita that she recommended, while I got a blackberry one. I didn't realize all the margaritas came out flaming, so it was cool that even my single-flavor one, with edible flowers, was on fire! The booze-to-ice ratio was perfect. We went on the hottest weekend ever, so a nice, cold, huge cocktail was super refreshing! For food, I got the BLACKENED GRILLED SALMON (Atlantic salmon filet, blackened and served with jalapeño creamy corn and asparagus). This was probably the best blackened salmon I've had all year. The lighter-colored asparagus threw me off a bit, but it was really good, and that jalapeño creamy corn? I'm totally making that at home because it was so good! My guy had the prime ribeye with caramelized onions and bacon jam. The steak was the star of his order. So good! The manager also stopped by our table to see how we were doing and was so kind to offer us a dessert coupon for their location on 76. I hope we can go back when it's not summer so we can sit outside on their beautiful patio!

We thought for sure the food would take forever, but the appetizer came out super fast. We barely had time to enjoy the appetizer before our food was on the table. Service was so fast, but the quality of the food didn't suffer. The margaritas took the longest, but again, the back section had a lot of bar drinks coming out. Be aware- the margaritas are HUGE. You can take it with you, though so we got to finish our drinks at the hotel while swimming.
