We love coming here when we're in town!!! This is one of the best cider places I've ever been to. They have so many ciders to pick from, from sweet to tart. I love getting a flight so I can try a little bit of everything. They have great cozy seating indoors, or you're welcome to bring your drink to the large patio outside. They have fun yard games outside or board games inside. It's impossible to be bored or thirsty here. The prices are reasonable and the service is always super friendly and quick. read more

I was in town for a conference, and our group came here for our second of three evenings out. The place had a great ambiance, with indoor seating in an old home (I presume) and in a beer garden that's shared with the neighboring brewery and restaurant. They had a wide selection of ciders, a mead, and a few beers. You can get a flight of five 5oz pours for $14, which is a great way to try ciders from several regional cideries. They also had a few packaged snacks available for purchase. I was a great place to spend a couple of hours, and I would definitely go back. This cidery is charming! It is housed inside an old house that dates back to the time of Lincoln and is on the same street as the Lincoln Home. The ciders are clever and delicious! Get a flight to taste a bunch and compare and contrast the different flavors! The charm of the interior fits right in with this historic neighborhood, preserved to allow us all to understand what the area was like when Abraham Lincoln was living there with his wife and children. Really a charming establishment with friendly staff, creative ciders and a charming setting! Dogs can sit on the lovely side deck with you, weather permitting. read more

Enjoyed my first visit to 7th Street Cidery. Easy walk to my hotel and to the historic Springfield attractions. This place is gorgeous! Super cute tasting room and a great list of mead and ciders on tap. A good wine menu available as well. Staff were super helpful and provided excellent recommendations. 7th street cidery is a new add to the Springfield area and part of the Obed and Isaac's family. On the outside the place looks very welcoming and the inside holds true to this. The place was an old home converted to a a cidery. They have meads and ciders and I did a cider flight which I really enjoyed. I also enjoyed the mead too. They have seating at the bar and various lounge like space with comfy chairs. I will definitely be back. read more

Absolutely gorgeous setting(lotta beautiful wood & leather interior), creating a warm, rather upscale ambiance, which is more than half the battle(since else we could drink at home), and then the micro-brewery's selection is off-the-charts, impossible not to find something you'll love. The only minor fault I can find is that when it starts getting busy(say 4:00~9:00ish), with only one bartender, the wait for drinks can get a little frustrating, with a long line of patrons at the bar waiting to order. . But I'm sure that can be an easy fix if mgt tweaks the staffing during that peak time. Otherwise, a brilliant remodel from the old coffee house that used to be there... read more

We stop by for a little day drinking after eating at Obeds and Isaacs which is right next door. We bought a flight of 5 ciders for $14. Pours were good size. The tender was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great relaxing atmosphere. Definitely going back for a refill on the jugs we bought! read more
