Excuse me Ed. But i don't just trash businesses on yelp becaude i am bored. I called to do my taxes in 2017 and i did not want to give names, but ASHLEY was supposed to call me and help with my taxes. Unfortunately, she was no where to be heard from ever.. i waited 3 weeks after i spoke with her on the phone regarding information for my taxes. And never heard from her so i had to call looking for a woman with my tax information, so unprofessional! The receptionist then told me she was on vacation for a couple weeks, and would have her call me back. I gave up and requested all my information be deleted since the person who is supposed to be helping me (and getting paid for it) isn't serious about her job and is untrusting with my financial information. What a joke your company is and you are. If someone leaves a bad review, maybe try to make it better on a positive note, and don't be an asshole claiming i am slandering your businesses name. Your employees not being consistent and not doing their job are results of bad reviews. Also, do not try to reply back with "We do not have anyone in the office by the name of Ashley bullshit".. i have emails of me sending information for my taxes to your company.. read more
