I'm a Malibu resident for 30 years and have never experienced a local business give such attitude. She pulled up my info and asked if I was using insurance or not to pay and I politely told her that I was going to be paying out of pocket this morning, she replies back to me "ITS A YES OR NO QUESTION" I'm going to file a formal complaint to her managers, I can't imagine being rude to a stranger for no reason. From one adult to another, I left extremely floored and won't be returning to super care Malibu again sadly it's the only pharmacy in our area now so I will have to try to a near town to get my prescriptions. She left me totally rattled. Picking up prescriptions while not feeling well is daunting as it is, having attitude first the in morning for no reason is such a bummer. I lead with kindness always and clearly she doesn't.

They also are a compounding pharmacy, well staffed and no barrier to getting information or a human with a simple phone call or visit them. I would never wait in line or use CVS when we have Super Care pharmacy directly across the street. Within minutes of your healthcare provider calling in a prescription, you can reliably pick it up. As far as value, we have insurance and the deductibles are all the same across pharmacy providers, however, I have received compounded perceptions that have not been covered by insurance and found them competitively priced with the exception perhaps of an online compound pharmacy. Easier and more trustworthy to use my local pharmacy, as the difference wasn't enough to compel taking a chance.

I also called the store number and emailed, but got no reply. My friends and I waited outside for 30 minutes before finally leaving. This was supposed to be a fun birthday outing, and instead, we were left standing in a parking lot, disappointed and frustrated. As of today (a full day later), I still haven't heard a word from the owner. I've since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
