She was on time, but also flexible when she needed to be. She had to navigate Highway 41, a notoriously treacherous stretch of road with 15 MPH hairpin turns. My 85 year old mother, not one to randomly shower praise, said, "Taffy was outstanding. Friendly and concerned about our comfort, helping us get on the shuttle and offering us cold water. Best part, she made the ride very comfortable. She was very cautious and reduced speed considerably on the windy parts of the road - we did not feel like we had to hang on to something keep from slipping around in our seats.
