Unfortunately I was not able to get my deposit back thru my bank for not having a proof of receipt that I paid cash, STEVE Refuses to give me a receipt, if im taking the time to post this is for other people avoid going throughout the same thing with STEVE, and to always remember to ask for RECEIPT when you pay for a service, do not take for an ok a "ill give it to you later!" because STEVE has no sense of costumer service neither care for doing business with you again. We booked with Central Coast Limousine Service and worked with the driver Mike for a bachelorette party of 9 this past weekend. Mike picked us up from our hotel in San Luis Obispo and brought us to 2 wineries plus a 3rd since we had time! He was a great driver, very nice and always smiling and we appreciate his professional demeanor. They were very easy to work with, punctual, friendly, flexible. We had lots of fun in the clean, spacious limo complete with lights and drinks. We were also able to play our own music over the sound system. He made sure we knew the timeline of the day and the timing at each winery and we always felt like we had the perfect amount of time at each winery. I was looking for a limousine service for an upcoming event and called Central Coast Limousine. When the gentleman picked up he quickly/rudely told me this was a bad time and then hung up on me. I called back and explained I was trying to rent a limo and he told me that "whenever my event was he was busy" and then hung up on me again. I attempted to call back but continually got hung up on over and over. I haven't been treated like that in a long time and it was a shock from a local business. If you want to be yelled at and repeatedly told you're wrong the day before your wedding, please, work with Steve. We contacted Steve a little over a month before our wedding to reserve a limo. He sent us a contract via email. We never heard from him until less than 36 hours before our wedding. The reason being was that I had printed out our contract, and made the mistake of not signing it and sending it back. I realized this less than 48 hours before my wedding. In a panic, I called Steve twice, then sent him an email trying to make sure we still had a limo. IlHe never answered and did not respond, so I reserved a different limo because I believed I had no limo reserved with Steve without giving him a signed contract. Follow the next morning at 9 a.m., now 30 hours before the limo is suppose to pick us up from the time range we had discussed with Steve, and he charged my bank account for the limo that we had canceled. Except we never taken the last step to reserve our limo. I called Steve to discuss our lack of communication, how we tried to contact him, yet we had no answer. This now followed with him telling me that I was lying and I never called. He proceeded to tell me that I was Wrong over and over while I was trying to explain why we didn't believe we had reserved the limo. He told my fiancé that the only reason why we were cancelling with him was because "we had found a different limo company for 20 dollars cheaper". Then asked us if we had read the cancellation policy in the contract. You mean the contract we never read or signed? He berated me for about 10-20 minutes until I handed the phone to my fiancé. My fiancé was appalled with how rude he was to us. Ultimately, we didn't want to deal with small claims court because we are out of the area. We were able to cancel with the other limo company that we had reserved simple because we didn't want to be out of an extra 500 dollars. The limo driver Steve sent us was great and apologized for the confusion and wanted to see if he could make it up to us. I will never give Steve another cent. You don't treat a person like the way Steve treated us. None the less, the bride before her wedding day. An extra bonus to our terrible time with Steve, he had his limo driver hand us the contract to sign! Apparently this contract was useless yet we still had to sign it. On the contact, it included that our cancellation charge would be returned to us that day, even though he told me he was going to start the cancellation return the day before. So I went from Friday-Wednesday without 520 dollars for a limo that I never reserved. If you want to be treated like a human being, not talked down to, and to have better communication, please go with another limo company. No bride should have that kind of stress the day before her wedding. I had made the original mistake never sending the contract in like I thought I had done, but Steve made the mistake of never following up with me, and only contacting me 30 hours before our wedding when we canceled. I still don't know where he assumed he was going to pick us up from since we never gave him any addresses. read more

This service was extremely horrible. We were celebrating a 25th birthday and the driver (self proclaimed owner) was a raging douche. After every stop he was verbally condescending and at the very end someone accidentally left a phone attached to the music for the limo and the driver complained at how "loud" we were and when we grabbed the phone after the last stop after we apologized for him coming back he said "it's ok you'll grow up at some point". If there is any reason that you might have to cancel your reservation do not use this buisness. I cannot comment on the competency of thier drivers nor the condition of thier vehicles as we unfortunatly had to cancel the limo for our daughters birthday, I can however comment on the fact that when we reserved the limo by phone we were never notified of any cancellation policies nor instructed to go to thier web site to read them. I do understand the need for a policy but I do not understand why there is a need for a 14 day cancellation policy($100.00), Or why they need to be so rude stating that we should have done our homework and then accusing us of threatining them when we simplly stated that we would not reccomend them to our friends.. I seems to me that they should simply explain thier policies when they set up a reservation by phone, but I guess that would eliminate thier ability to take out thier bad days on thier cleints.
