I always have great dialogue with Bruce about maintenance, repairs, and enhancements I am planning and executing on my two classics. Right now, we are planning for a crate motor and 700R4 transmission for my Impala this coming winter. Bruce, along with Norm, do most of the classic car work at Franklin. Bruce is always realistic and fair with me about costs, timelines, and has vast experience with a broad array of classic cars from "The Big Three". Every time I go there, I see anywhere from 3-4 other classic cars on lifts or being worked on. And Bruce is not just stuck in the past with "old-think" about these classics. He's up on new-tech as well. He put a new Dakota Digital dash in my Impala and now we're discussing the benefits of EFI vs. carburetors, even though he might be the best carb guy around. Another thing I like about Bruce is that he owns two classic cars himself so he is a fellow enthusiast who shares with me the passion of the hobby I love so much. Finally, and this may not matter to some, but Bruce is deeply involved with the Lions Club and I respect the fact he volunteers in that capacity (I am not in that nor any such endeavor myself). There are a lot of wanna-bees out there who hack on old cars. Or high-end shops that charge an arm-and-a-leg. That's not here. Now go and get that dream car on Ebay Motors with confidence that: 1. It will have issues (that's just the hobby). 2. Bruce can handle them.

I asked about price difference, they said, " we never charged you only $120". I told him I had the receipt yet and he didn't want to hear it. I found 4 Seasons Auto through a search project for 02 sensors problems on Yelp. I sent an inquiry requesting an inspection along with advice and JJ replied back almost immediately after I sent. I explained the problem and gave all the details. He was able to accommodate me the next day to assess my car. After work, I drove over to have the inspect my vehicle and he gave my car a thorough look over, then provided an explanation with solutions and came up with a (first) cost effective way to correct the problem. He and Clint were very thorough in explaining reasons and causes why the car was acting a fool. Problem one- they fixed. Then, problem two came about. Another trip back, again they explained and were able to fix immediately and even prepared me for a possible worst case scenario knowing that this was an emissions problem. I know he told me to come back after I had driven 80-100 miles but the fact that the engine had not come back on, I was so excited that I went to take an emissions and PASSED!! The service they provided and assurance of solving my issue was of top quality!!! I highly suggest and recommend you visit them for your car needs. Their honesty and knowledge is clearly evident!!! I also asked them to change my transmission fluid as recommended in the owners manual & they just forgot about it. When I picked up the car the guy acted like he didn't know I asked for that. I guess they only want to sell new or reman transmissions. As an engineer I know the #1 reason transmissions fail is a lack of maintenance. They told me to leave it until it fails! I also saw coffee and drinks, though I was literally inside for 5 minutes so didn't use anything. For longer waits, it's a nice touch. The guys in the office were very nice and service was quick and easy. Nice enough for me to want to bring my car for oil change here. When I asked the guy who was doing the emission test how much they charged for an oil change, he told me he wasn't 100%sure, but something like $115. That seems a bit high for me.
