We were given tea timers so that we could take out our tea bags when time was up depending on how strong we wanted our tea, but I normally just leave my tea in the pot to brew forever and just refill with hot water (I'm so Asian). I did noticed that we were not provided with milk or sugar for our teas like at other tea places, but I was fine with that because I normally drink my tea plain. Maybe they provide it upon request but I didn't ask. My friend and I shared our tea items so that we could taste a bit of everything and it was all great! Both sandwiches were good, both flavors of scones had a tender crumb and were great with the cream and house made jam that came with it. My cookie reminded me so much of the Levain chocolate chip walnut cookie - soo good!!! The lemon bar was also perfectly tart and sweet. If you don't want a tea experience, don't worry, this is honestly a full service cafe and there are other items you can order like salads, sandwiches, flatbreads and even chicken pot pie!
