Omg! This liquor store had freaking EVERYTHING!!! It was crazy!!!! I wished they had normal sized High Noons, but they only had the larger can size.... I honestly knew I couldn't finish that, so I just got this Lemon Drop can for $6 with tax and that did the trick for me. Hee. Alright I heard about this specific Liquor Mart in Anaheim on Instagram and I was dying to check it out. We stopped in and my mind was blown! There are shelves upon shelves of the most creative cocktail packages that you could ever imagine. Each package is carefully thought out with alcohol, juice, mixers, energy drinks, candy and so much more! I love these liquor Mart stores we are blessed to have all over Orange County. Sometimes they have discounts and good prices on their liquor. I come time to time to buy brands of wine and maybe some whiskeys I keep in my alcohol cabinets for parties. They have good cold beers here too, and other cold drinks. Store clerk was very nice and pleasant, could tell this was a family owned business, however the majority of the beer selection was lukewarm at best. Got home and popped open my beer can only to find it was nearly room temperature at consumption. Maybe they had just restocked but that was a damper. This is the Liquor Spot right here!!!! From all the liquor stores I've been too, this is the only one where they have a good selection of bourbon/whiskey. I don't know if the guy at the counter is the owner, but he is always welcoming whenever I stop by. Always happy and the sweetest. There is a lot parking out front and is pretty big inside. They have a good selection and wide variety of alcohol beverages such as wine, craft beer, vodka, tequila--whatever your poison may be. I also like how they stay open late. Reading back at some of these reviews, it looks like this place is run by predators that like to creep on females. If you're coming here for alcohol, I highly advise staying away for the following reasons: 1. Rip off pricing, I think this place has the worst, most outrageous pricing on alcohol I've encountered anywhere. 2. Improperly stored alcohol that has gone bad. Just look at how old most of the bottles in the store are. Many of which have labels faded to the max. If the UV light hasn't turned the alcohol bad, the temperature likely has for the beer and wine. 3. Grimey workers, snarky comments and the way they look at you. Who the heck would want to shop here let alone come back. There are far better options nearby and I highly recommend going elsewhere. Somewhere that actually appreciates your business and doesn't try to sell you old product at sky high prices. read more

New to the area and stopped by. You will pay twice as much for alcohol that is likely twice as old as what you'd find elsewhere. The craft beer is all extremely outdated with can dates removed. 90% of what you'll find here can be found further up the street at Albertsons, fresher for half the cost. Moved in to the area about 3 months ago, since then I have purchased from here twice. 1st time I purchased a 4 pack of Native Son west coast IPA. Walked back home and opened the beer it was expired! I look at the "canned on date" that is found on every beer and it said 07/20/2020!!! That's over 4 year old beer. I couldn't believe it. Besides the beer being expired they charge about double to brewery charges. Last night I had a friend visit me and she purchased 2 packs, a Kona Beer and a Ballast point, when she got here we opened the box the beer came in and I was not surprised to see that the Kona was over 6 months expired and the Ballast point was 2 years expired! We returned to the store and the person working there was arrogant and passive aggressive like it's MY FAULT THEY ARE SELLING US EXPIRED BEER LOLLL!!!!! He said he'd give us a refund but we were not allowed to purchase anything else, he banned us from purchasing there not sure why but I will be reporting this liquor store to the better business bureau!!!! You've lost a great customer, anyone reading this just go up the street to Vons they have better craft beer selection at an actual good price. I normally don't bother to review places but the price gouging here is astounding. They were charging $54 for a bottle of Hendricks that was $33 at Vons less than 5 minutes away. I first came in to buy a powerball ticket, and took a quick glance. Guys behind the counter were really nice and friendly. Their store is really perfect for the demographic in this area. I have always been shopping at this liquor since I only live a 2 min away. 3 min ago I hade a very off putting experience. I went in to buy some snacks I bought a pint of ice cream and other goodies. When I got home I realized the ice cream was opened as soon as I noticed I went back and asked if I could exchange and let the clerk know that the ice cream was opened. He told me no returns and I told him politely that i didn't want to return I wanted to exchange because it was opened and especially during the pandemic that was very unsanitary. ( the guy that helped me was a tall bald man ) He yelled at me and told me no returns again and I told him again it was opened and that would be a waste of my money. He finally agreed to let me exchange it for another one. I proceded to where the ice cream pints were to get my new one and this time I checked if they were opened and two of them had been opened. He looked at me and screamed " what are you doing what are you doing" and I let him know that I was checking to see which one wasn't opened. He screamed at me as if I was stealing something and there was someone else in the store so he just stared at me probably bought I was doing something wrong too. I finally found one that wasn't opened and let him know that there were two ice cream pints that were opened. He payed no attention to me and as soon as I got in my car I watched him go back to where the fire cream pints were and put the one I had returned back. So, don't be fooled by the appearance. This establishment is NO typical Liquor Store. Don't PREJUDGE ! I'll be honest...I expected it would be a joke, craft beer? Right, maybe Sierra Nevada. Anyways, my GF saw them on instagram and the photo of selling Firestone Sucaba. While we were in the OC, I called and asked if they had any Sucaba. (who can resist adding another Sucaba in your stash of goods?) The gentleman who answered the phone said, I think so let me check. Came back shortly and said yes I have 1. Do you want to hold it for you ? I was a bit shocked, he'll set it aside for me? Sure, please put it on hold - and promised I'd be there soon. Got there and had my Sucaba in the back with my name on it. Pretty darn good craft beer selection. They also had Hangar 24 Pugachev's Cobra release(i've been looking for it the last two months to no avail) so I happily grabbed one. The only mistake I made was not getting more. While they won't have a huge selection (such as total wine & hi times) , they get limited releases which is awesome. If you are in Anaheim / OC I would highly recommend checking it out, provided you don't buy MY beer ! ;) Nes (the owner?) was very friendly. I come here very often. Only for a number of reason. First of all Fady makes me feel homey and the store. I've been so much that he remembers me. It feels good to know someone there remembers you. It's like your local neighborhood convince store and Fady makes sure it feels like that every day. Second of all it's a big store. It has A LOT of selection. With alcohol and even better: chips, non-alcoholic drinks, candy, and good smiles with friendly workers. Lastly it's the best here because they make sure you're satisfied here. They ask you if you found everything good and if you need anything. They are helpful to their beyond extent. EVERYONE should come here and at least try the atmosphere. You will NOT regret it!!
