I have never had an issue with a staff member here. I've been treated with respect, dignity, and politely by friendly people. I've seen rudeness between clients, however most of the time everyone is cordial and pleasant. You are allowed to browse most of the pantry yourself and select your groceries from a list with your family's allotment of each particular item. You walk around shopping with a clip board, pretty straight forward. The staff typically man the fridge and allow you to select what you like and they bag the refrigerated products for you right at the counter. There's a nice big waiting room, a clean bathroom, and plenty of friendly people around doing a lot of work to bring good food to those of us in need. Additional resources are available on a Posterboard outside the office, like local job training, free counseling and such. Really glad SCO has been there for my family

Yesterday I stopped by here and went into the office to see if they took food donations,…read morespecifically cake pan gifts. They did! Cake pan gifts are a 9x13 disposable cake pan from dollar tree, a box of cake mix, can of frosting, birthday card, balloons, (I added a birthday button), birthday candles and a can of sprite. You can google the recipe to make a cake with sprite instead of eggs and oil which is perfect for food banks. I will add a photo of my finished product for guidance. The gal at the front desk was very nice and instructed me to drive around to the side to the large open door. I walked in and someone asked how they could help me. She grabbed a cart and came out to m car and got my three bags that had the 12 cake pan gifts in them. She was so happy and excited to receive them and it made me feel so good!! Cant wait to make more in the future and bring them here.

She goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is handled with care, and she treats you like family. Michael was professional, compassionate, and committed to helping in every way possible. Together, they made a very difficult process feel smooth and stress-free. Their warmth and genuine kindness show in everything they do. Families Forward as an organization is simply outstanding!!! They are so well organized, compassionate, and effective. They are a true blessing to the community, and I am beyond grateful for all of their support. If I could give more than five stars, I would. My son has been enrolled here for almost 2 years. The first year was fantastic. We loved the…read moreteachers in the baby room and toddler room. You can see they cared and adored my son and he loved going there. We started potty training a little before 2 because he was showing signs of readiness. The leadership told us they would support but the teachers weren't doing it. It took over a month of back and forth and trying to clarify for them to actually implement potty training. Communication plummeted then on out. We basically had to beg for information to prepare for the transition to the next class over and over. Once he started the class, the one they assured would be super beneficial for potty training, he regressed further with potty training. They kept him in pull ups (which inhibits his ability to learn the consequence of accidents and confusing him since he is in undies anytime he isnt there) and rarely documented giving him the opportunity to go potty despite us telling the teacher and assuming the leadership communicated about the needs of the child in their care. After about a month of again begging for potty training support (and several ignored messages) we were informed he was never a part of the potty training schedule. The communication is insanely disappointing. They have now "started taking him every 20 minutes" but there is mathematically no way they are given the documented accidents occurring all day. When he is not at daycare, he has maybe one when taken on regular intervals in multiple settings- at home, other people's houses and in the community, so the only factor that can be causing this regression is lack of opportunity. At this point, no true problem solving has been implemented and no accountability taken. We feel like this daycare simply stopped caring about our son. We are looking into other facilities who actually communicate with their staff and provide the needed (and advertised) support to their students. Past toddler room (we love Ms Monsoureh and ms Sandra V and all our infant room teachers), dont waste the time your kiddo is a developmental sponge on an environment who hinders their progress

As parents, we love the daily updates (diaper changes and meals) including pictures of fun activities and ability to see live video through their app while away from our child. The Administration is very involved making Tutor Time a very welcoming and fun place! They are intentional in their daily, weekly and monthly activities and also offering of additional programs for child fun & development. Another nice perk is after 1 years old all food and milk is provided for the kids. This has been great for my son to explore all different types of food and not having the extra stress of packing a lunch everyday. We love tutor time and grateful for their care!

I'll admit last time I went to donate platelets here a couple years back, it was a lot more painful and uncomfortable. So Destiny definitely made an impact on the reputation I had in mind for this location! (I still would donate anyway because I understand the discomfort last time was one time, due to a less skilled phlebotomist). The other staff are very kind as well. I like the selection of films and shows to watch during the donation. I've been wanting to watch The Pitt forever. Anyway.... I'm glad to know my donations help people in need. Also, the Red Cross Blood donor app is very user friendly and makes donations easy to track; I highly recommend. Remember to drink a lot of fluids and eat a good meal before your platelet donation!! Trust me, I got lightheaded because I didn't eat well! Don't be afraid to ask for snacks/drinks before and after; they have plenty! Other than that, everything was great!
