I recently had my eyebrows colored, and am very happy with the results. The procedure itself was comfortable with no discomfort. The technician first discussed the shade options with me, making sure the color matched my hair and skin tone. The mapping process was done very carefully and with detail. The process from start to finish was very relaxing. The outcome was fantastic. My brows looked fuller, more defined, and perfectly shaped without being overly dark or artificial. I really hate to leave this review because Claudia seems like a nice enough person, but I just can't get over the fact that I completely threw $450.00 down the drain. I got microblading for my eyebrows, and initially, they looked ok, but after a few days, they started to flake and fade pretty bad. She assured me that this was normal and that the color would come back by the end of 10 days. Well, after 10 days, there was hardly any color left, and by 2-3 weeks, I had absolutely no color left! None. I was shocked and disappointed to say the least, especially because I had completely followed her aftercare instructions. I could hardly wait until my follow-up appointment so that she could see what happened and maybe do something to fix it. Trying to schedule for the follow-up is a whole other story. I even tried to schedule a few weeks early for the time when I was supposed to go to the follow-up. I can be available for an appointment any day of the week between the hours of 9:30am until 5:00pm, which I think is pretty accommodating, but the only times she offered for an appointment for an entire month was 9:00am or 7:00pm. I found that pretty odd, especially since I told her of my availability. So I just gave up, especially since the "follow-up" would obviously have to basically be like an initial appointment anyway because it would be like starting over. I was disappointed about the shape of my eyebrows and the lack of symmetry following my initial microblading appointment but Claudia reassured me that it would be fixed during my follow-up appointment and to just allow myself to go through the process. However, at no point throughout the process did they begin to look any better. After my follow-up appointment, they now look even worse. I wanted a smooth, natural curved eyebrow with a soft arch but instead have rigid angles and a sharp arch. Not only that but my eyebrows completely lack any symmetry. They are worse now than before I got them microbladed. Claudia said if I was still unsatisfied i could pay $100(?) or $200(?) I don't remember.. for another follow-up appointment with her. No offense but I will not be wasting more money on horrible looking eyebrows. She is a very nice lady, just does not possess the proper skill for microblading. I wish I had read ALL the reviews, including the one from Victoria R. and seen her posted pictures, before going to this place. Would've saved me a lot of time and money. I don't exactly enjoy posting hideous pics of myself but I do need to show the results that I got. It didn't help that Claudia asked me where I wanted it microbladed more because I don't have the ability to look down on my face and judge it objectively. Nor do I possess the ability to microblade, which I think requires a bit of an artistic touch to it that she does not have. I tried to explain I wanted smoother eyebrows (referring to the angle), but again, I don't have the skill or knowledge to know what needs to be done for that to happen. So, for me to be guiding her on what to do, is essentially the equivalent of microblading my own eyebrows. Not recommended. I need a professional... who knows what they're doing and knows how to get the shape I requested. (I even showed her pics). Overall, just very disappointed. read more

There are a lot of capable people out there but after reading up on reviews I decided on Claudia at OC Brow Game. She and I had 2 separate consults before the actual appointment. I felt like she answered all of my questions and I did not feel like she was "selling" me on anything. Her recommendations for me fit me perfectly. She was also interested in my overall general health and wanted to make sure I was being seen by a doctor on a regular basis as I am a diabetic. Very professional. I will first say that I very much liked Claudia and I am saddened to be writing this review, however, I have expressed my dissatisfaction with no response. I have photos of the whole process that show what I asked for and what I received don't match. I was very clear on what I wanted, emphasizing I want everything rounded with no points. I don't know the reason why but after the initial healing of the procedure my brows looked like they hadn't even been done. She explained it to me that she went very light for the initial procedure and could always add at the touch up. But the touch up was like a complete do over so I basically missed out on the touch up. On the first touchup day she failed to achieve the rounded brow like I asked and we rescheduled for me to come in again with my brows on how I wanted them. I took a picture outside her salon before I went in of the brow I wanted. I also took a picture when I went in for the patch test. The point is, I was very clear on what I was asking for. I've gone a lifetime without brows so this was a very exciting time for me thinking I would actually have brows. I've attached photos for you to make your decision yourself. read more
