We contacted John Binder as a local Real-estate Representative and after 35-days of back and forth corrections to our listing and without a single showing by him, we requested to terminate our contract. The only showing we got were from other realtors in the 35-40-days it was listed. After a another weekend of frustration and not hearing from him, we asked to terminate our relationship. He repeatedly apologized and admitted he dropped the ball and didn't do a good job for us but would start from here on out. He repeatedly begged us to keep the listing with him. We explained again we had lost faith in him and really just wanted to go a different route. This experience has been extremely exhausting that we no longer want to sell or rent out our home. My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. Liz has a great reputation in the area which I think was a huge benefit in our case. The seller's Realtor already knew Liz and trusted her. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. She really does seem to care for her clients and making sure they are happy. I would 100% work with Liz again!

This really paid off during COVID when I was so grateful to have a rent check every month from a family with good jobs and were also people of integrity. With my first property manager, tenants were in and out like a revolving door. I love all the virtual processes PMI has implemented since I met them in 2017. I just got off my annual Zoom meeting with Rob and it was so thorough and easy. Oh, and don't let their 'family feel' fool you. While definitely family owned and operated and treat us like family, they are also top-notch professionals in every way. If you're not using them you're working too hard!
