The shop stocks and supplies uniforms for numerous local schools and you this is the ONLY place to get the required uniforms. Well, I did get a bag of uniform stuff from the mom of one of the friends. So, I guess that counts. So, my first visit I had two things on my mind; 1) I want to meet the "arrogant" person and see how bad customer service is that was mentioned in only a couple of reviews; and 2) I was ready to get gouged with rip-off prices 'cause this is the only game in town..other than the friend's mom. 1) I did not meet anyone arrogant. The person I met was super helpful and patient. I get it..wait until the mad rush of school starting and having to deal with so many parents could make anyone a bit short...but on my visit, I only had good customer service and a good experience. 2) Prices- Wow..you mean my kid must wear a uniform every day? No dealing with brand name shoes and the short lived passing trends that change month to month and only result in a skinny wallet for me? This may actually be a money ($$$) saver. So we try stuff on and then I bluntly ask for the price. What? Excuse me what did you say? I heard prices like $15, $20 and everything was around that price range. The parka is nice and a little more but I wont need that for another 6 months or so. So, I am a fan. Prices are great (4 Stars) and Customer Service was good (4 Stars). Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.
