Very disappointed with the service received. I paid over $400 for a deep cleaning of a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home, and what we got was bare minimum at best. When we reached out with our concerns, the company blamed us for the deep cleaning not being completed, stating that "the condition of the home appeared to not have been cleaned for months." Instead of taking responsibility, they offered to come back--at an additional hourly rate--to actually do what we thought we had already paid for. They mentioned they would "bring the correct tools and cleaning supplies" next time. This was supposed to be a deep clean--shouldn't those tools have been brought the first time? We expected clean floors (LVP) and a thoroughly cleaned tub and bathroom, including all surfaces. That's not what we got. Very frustrating to pay for a service and be told afterward that the job wasn't properly done because the home needed... cleaning. Isn't that the point of hiring a cleaning company? I regret trusting a Nextdoor recommendation. Definitely should have read Yelp reviews first. read more

Not only did Rosy and Lorena come 4 hrs later than scheduled but they just left my apt even dirtier than before! To top it off, Rosy left Lorena to clean the rest of my 1050 sq ft 2 bdrm 2 bth apt (I pay $150 every 2 weeks) wo/even telling me after just 20 mins! Lorena didnt even finish the job either! She had to come back an hr later b/c she forgot her mop. Wow, so pissed off right now. I have to re-clean my house! They both had their dirty shoes on and today they mustve been extra filthy b/c there are clumps of their hair, mud or shit....and leaves on my floors now yuck!! We called this company to deep clean an empty townhouse me we just moved out of. We have detailed descriptions of the condition of the place. Based on that Claudia gave us a quote of 280. Fair enough. However, when Luis called us the day of the cleaning he tried to say it would now take 4 people and cost 500.00. He said they arrived at 7am and already did much of the cleaning. We told them 500 was not the agreed upon price, to stop cleaning and leave. We agreed to pay them 150.00 for the world THEY SAID they already did. I arrived at the town home to find NOTHING had been cleaned...my neighbor showed me his security cam footage...there were three, not four people and they arrived at 8 not 7. Luis also said they vacuumed, swept, mopped and cleaned the bathrooms. You will see from the pics this was not at all true. I called Luis and asked him to repeat what they cleaned. He agsin repeated what I wrote above. I told him I was at the property and he definitely had not cleaned anything and texted him pics. I told him I felt he had stolen our money to which he cussed me out telling me to "F off". Note, I had him on speaker and my neighbor was standing with me and heard everything he said. Used them for half a year. Different cleaning crew comes every time. It's nothing amazing for the price they charged but we cancelled their service after one guy began arguing with me after I confronted him that he did not clean per requested instructions (document I provided every time they came to clean in the beginning. He stepped in the dirtiest part of the home with his bare foot and began arguing with me that he has his own order... I was speechless... He told me I can change cleaners next time. The second cleaning guy refused to wear a mask even after I asked and provided a free mask. They were prideful, not compliant, and pretty much did things the way they wanted it versus what the paying customer preferred. read more

I paid for 2 hours/2people; I did ALL the deep cleaning outside of emptying 3 things from freezer and wiping 2 shelves (also 2 water bottles left upstairs). This was a "move out clean." They sent me photos of the spotless bathrooms and kitchen I had already cleaned. They had a simple task of please vacuum, sweep and mop out my home..."MOVE OUT" clean. This was a 1.5hr 1 person job tops. Fast fwd 3 days, my landlords are blowing up my phone with everything that was not done...which was everything but vacuuming. If you call and ask...everything will be an "extra." To simply remove an item off floor? To wipe a shelf in a fridge/freezer when 99% is perfectly done? The work ethic and attention to ANY detail is ZERO. They came, vacuumed...took pics of MY HARD WORK and left. I'm mortified and hope no one else will waste their time. This is an updated review. I've used Luis a couple of times. He was great. Then, I txt him recently and ask if he can make a November appointment. I gave him 4 weeks advance notice. I never hear from him. I txt him multiple times. Only when I tell him that I am going to leave a Yelp review, does he txt me back. I don't know what's going with him or his business. I saw Dave's review of 11/5/2020. Looks like I am not the only person having problems with Luis and OC House Cleaning. Use him at your own discretion. Appointment was scheduled for 8am, and confirmed over email. At 8:30 after a no-call, no-show, I emailed "Tomas," the person I had been in contact with. Gave him my cell number to be in touch with me if there was a problem. Told him I have things to do and want to be sure they are still coming. At 9am still no show, and I have things to do. Totally sucks that now I have to clean my house in addition to getting ready for a party with my supervisors. Would not recommend. Totally unprofessional. UPDATE: Tomas called and apologized. Do not use them!! They quoted me for a 4,000 square foot home 220.00 for 2-3 hours. They came with​ 3 people and only stayed 1:15. When I asked him how much he said 240.00 I don't​ mind paying even that, if they would have used cleaning products and did a decent​ job. What a waste of money. read more

Luis and Rosy are GREAT housekeepers and their rates are fair. It is very easy to schedule the cleanings because Luis shoots us a text a day or two before we're scheduled. They are thorough and even ask if we are okay with certain products they use in the baby room. They're quick and efficient - about 1-1.5 hours. On days we are home, they work around us and save the room we are in as the last stop so that we can go back to using the rest of the house. They even take off their shoes when they clean! So nice of them to go the extra mile. My MIL moved into the neighborhood and she had some work done prior to the move. They only charged her an extra $50 on top of their usual rate. Needless to say, they've earned a new customer. They will be cleaning both our house and my MIL's on the same day to make it easy on everyone. I am sad to say that we had a terrible experience with these guys. Where do I start? We were really grateful they were available to come last minute- that's where it ends. I had called several places and molly maid and these guys were available. Molly maid quoted me $140 for a thorough move out cleaning so I asked luis if he could do any lower than that? He said ok we can charge you $140. Um ok. We had a one bed one bath apartment. We cleared everything out (because we were moving). They showed up with six people! What?! Ok- so they should do a thorough job right?! They were there for 30 minutes (I assumed it would take them a little longer than that). I told him that the most important parts to me were the kitchen/oven, windowsills, closets, and tub/bathroom. I went out to run an errand down the road almost as soon as they arrived but wasn't going to be long and five minutes after I leave I already get a message saying "we're done in 10." I said wow that's so fast! so they get my husband to inspect it and my husband doesn't really know- he's not the one who cleans or pays attention to details why would he he's a dude? And my husband pays them the $140+tip in cash. I get home a few minutes later and go to inspect and I kid you not! There is scum on the tub! There is dust in every corner of the house! There is grease on the side of the oven- there are dust bunnies and dirt from shoes up in the closet, the walls are dirty, the front door where hands touch to open and close it is still dirty, and the glass on the windows have not been wiped down- these are deep cleaning things that we asked them to come for because of our move out! I was very unhappy to say the least. But no big deal they have a happiness guarantee on their website. So I text the guy to please come back and get the most unexpected responses. He gives me sas! He accuses me of lying about what molly maid quoted me, tells me they ONLY did it for $140 (and tried to tell me my apartment which literally had nothing in it and is an excellent condition) needed a lot of work?! (Remember it took 6 people and 30 minutes total). He told me my bathroom had never been professionally cleaned?! What? We've lived here for a year and cleaning services are required at the end of every move out- plus of course i deep clean our bathroom once every two weeks. I told him it doesn't matter you're the professionals and there should not be SCUM on the bathtub no matter what cleaning service you are! So I sent him a screenshot of his happiness guarantee and asked if he would come back and he never responded. He still hasn't. I forgot to mention that I left two new sponges under the sink with my cleaning stuff and they disappeared :( I looked everywhere. So I didn't have anything to go back and clean with. We had to go to the store and get sponges so we could clean our tub, walls, the door, the windows, and the oven ourselves. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more
