My family recently moved to Mission Viejo and I was having a really hard time finding a cleaning service that would do the thorough job I would do if I had the time. I contacted Gladis after reading her excellent Yelp reviews. She responded right away and scheduled a walk through to provide accurate pricing and agreed on a date for the first deep clean. Gladis was very communicative via text leading up to the appointment and was right on time. She brought one other person with her and the two of them were outstanding. Very thorough clean, even scrubbed all of my floors by hand. They also removed the rubber base of my glass shower door and cleaned it thoroughly. Gladis is the real deal. She is professional, competent and detail oriented. It is a sacrifice for me to have a housekeeper and I have struggled to find someone who really does a GOOD job. Here is a list of what I like about Gladis' services. 1. They are thorough - they get EVERY single blind. They get the top of the mirrors and the back of the chairs. They clean the stove top beautifully and get every surface in the showers. Thorough. 2. They put in the time to get the job done well. They come in as a team and they are here for 2 hours at least and the work gets done. So often they start out like that and then within a month or two it seems that they are in and out in 45 minutes and the quality of the work shows that. Gladis' team puts in an honest work shift. 3. They are professional. They know how to take care of stainless steel and wood floors and marble and granite and they understand how to ensure that things are not damaged in the process. They use the right products in each stage and they are careful and effective. 4. Gladis is responsive to our needs. She has squeezed me in when I needed the cleaning done earlier and - when she did - I still received the same attention to detail that they always deliver. Not rushed or shortened. 5. I had a house that needs to be cleaned ASAP because the tenant wanted to move in 2 days. I called a couple cleaners but Gladis was the one I hired. She responded very quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. The next day she came with her assistant to deep clean the house.
