Save yourself the headache - go elsewhere! Honestly, I'm still frustrated writing this. I rarely leave bad reviews but this experience was so disappointing I have to warn others. We hired them for regular cleaning and were very upfront about our needs. I specifically told them not to use certain products and to only use what we provided because we have a baby at home and health concerns. Well, they completely ignored this and also wore their dirty outdoor shoes throughout the house - I mean, isn't that just common sense when you're supposed to be CLEANING someone's home? They left our floors actually dirtier than when they started. Then used their own harsh chemicals despite me clearly asking them not to and having our safe products right there available. When I called to discuss this (politely, I thought), their customer service rep Lulu was incredibly rude. She actually tried to tell me it was MY fault for not being clear enough! Are you kidding me? How much clearer can you be? The worst part is we have a baby crawling around on these floors. We had to re-clean everything ourselves and ended up worse off than when we started. My partner was livid. For what we paid, this was a complete waste of money. There are so many other cleaning services out there - do yourself a favor and pick literally any other one. When you have a baby, the last thing you need is a cleaning service that makes your home less safe. read more

I had Dedicated Cleaners clean my home twice now. I received these cleanings through a group that supports Cancer patients,called "Cleaning for a Reason." I was very surprised how well Lupe and Dolce cleaned our home. The best part was the cleaning products did not smell offensive and really got everything clean, especially our showers! They did a superior job and cleaned areas I didn't think of cleaning. Very nice and polite, they know their stuff. I will have them come again in the near future. read more

So fresh and so clean, clean! We've used this cleaning crew twice now and both times they've done a solid job, with the first time being a little better than the last. I think that's because the first time it was a team of three versus the recent, two person crew. We always get the full monty a full house cleaning; washed sheets, polished floors, floor boards, bathrooms, kitchen, literally everything. I'm not a fan of leaving the house for two hours to have them clean, but I understand why they have ya bounce. No one wants to be watched while they work. Beyond doing such an awesome job on the house and leaving it smelling and looking great, they're very cognizant of our animals. Always keeping an eye on the cat and dog and making sure they don't get loose, while going in and out of the house. Have guests coming over or just want a deep clean on the house? DC charges $35/per cleaner per hour. A two person team who cleans for 2 hours will cost $140. I requested a regular cleaning. A 3 person crew arrived and was told that they clean faster with 3 people. I have a 1600 sq. foot townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Professional Cleaning usually takes 2 hours with a 2 person crew. They took 3 hours to clean and I was charged for a deep clean. DC told me that I requested a deep clean when I did not (see text messages). During the clean I had issues with the cleaners. I have open shelves in my kitchen and I asked one of the cleaners if she wiped the shelves. She said she did but when I checked, it turns out she did not. When I told her this, she sighed, made a clicking sound with her tongue and then went to wipe the shelves. I did not like her attitude. I contacted DC and Lulu told me that this is a good cleaning team and "customers don't really complain about them." To be short, the cleaners did not do a good job and I was charged for a deep clean. I sent photos of the poor job that Estela's team did and Lulu said she'll get back to me. She never did. I sent a text and called to follow up and was told they would get back to me. No one did. I called last week to request a cleaning with Leti's or Luz's crew and was told by Lulu that she will get back to me. She never did. I called 3 more times and same response. Yesterday I got a voicemail from Lulu and she told me that she and Alberto talked and they do not have any cleaners who can come to my home because I have had issues with every cleaner they sent, which is a lie. I've been using them for 4 years and only had issues twice (once in 2017 and in August 2021). Overall, don't waste your money with this cleaning company. Quality of cleaning and customer service has gone done over the years. There are better cleaning companies out here in OC who care about their customers. read more

I'm so disappointed in this company, don't waste your money on them. This was my first time using them and I wanted to be home while they were here. I had a window before I had to go to work, we had an appointment for 8 AM. They showed up a little after 9 AM, and I had to leave at 11 so things already started off badly. The cleaning job was very superficial, and if you need anything really scrubbed don't expect it from here. I had some scuff marks on the floor that were still there after they mopped. They told me they couldn't get them up, I used a Magic Eraser and showed them that with a little elbow grease the scuff marks came right up. They just sat there and watched me scratching their heads, like they don't even know how to clean a scuff mark? I've posted a few pics of some of the conditions I found after they left. Yes, they asked me to inspect before they left, but because of their late arrival I had to leave for work and really didn't have time to go over things before they took off. I am in absolute awe and amazement at the fantastic job the ladies of Dedicated Cleaners did. They came out for the first time today to clean my new old house, which I have only recently moved into, but it was a wreck with dust and disarray because of the remodeling we've been doing. By the time the ladies were done, the house looked better than it looked when we first moved in. This may have been the first time they cleaned my house, but I can guarantee it will not be the last. My husband and I hired Dedicated Cleaners to do a move-in clean. We heard about them through our friend who had hired them to clean for a party and was happy with their service. Two nice ladies showed up and took about 3 hours to do a detailed clean. When finished, the appliances were sparkling, no hint of dust on the blinds, and the floors were amazing. Today was the first day that I used the service, and it certainly won't be the last. I contacted the company last night and I was confirmed for two cleaners this morning. Time is money. The ladies arrived and got right to work! They sifted through the post-construction dust and did a good job cleaning. There was dust left in a few places, here and there, but the ladies' effort made a big difference. They used wonderful smelling products, were not bothersome, seem to enjoy there work, and they were fast and efficient. I plan to use them again next week. Used them twice. Very late both times (1-2 hours). But the biggest thing was that they ruined my furniture. The first time I thought OK they don't know my house. I had to go over everything. They put water on my wood furniture, and Pledge on my non-wood furniture. The second time, I put post-it notes on my furniture that needs Pledge and told their boss to tell them not to put items (books, knick knacks) on damp furniture. They did it anyway and now I have to refinish my furniture and my art books are ruined because they stuck to the furniture. I had to follow them around. One lady was in my laundry room folding my dirty towels that I had in the washer! If your time is valuable, don't use this company. read more

Unless you plan on waiting at home the entire day for the cleaners to show up I would not recommend Dedicated Cleaners. The only thing they are dedicated to is being late. I've used them at three times and they've been late each time. I understand that things can occur that may cause them to run behind but I would appreciate it if they would notify me that they will be late instead of having me sit at home waiting for them. The owner is also a liar when you call to ask for the status. The first time I scheduled a cleaning with them they were late. I called to check the status and was told that they would be late because they were asked to do more than expected at the previous house. When they still did not show up I was told that they late because of traffic on a Saturday afternoon. The owner must have forgotten the reason that she gave to me earlier. This last cleaning has pushed me over and has caused me to write this review. I had a cleaning that was scheduled between 1-2PM. It was already 2:10 and no one has yet to show up and I did not receive any notification that they would be late. I text the owner to ask and was told that they were on their way and would be another 20 min. 40 min later I receive another text telling me that they were late because they went the wrong way. Seriously? At this point I think the owner must thing that I am very gullible or stupid. I was annoyed but needed the house cleaned and told her that it was fine for them to come. 3:20 rolls around and they finally show up. Not only were they late but they also did a bad job as well. They finally finished at 5:40 and I was ready to pay them so that they can finally leave. The cleaner tells me that it's $50 per hour and that they've been here since 3:20. I guess I was expected to start paying from the time that they pulled up to the house and not the time that they actually start the cleaning. Please keep in mind that they showed up at 3:20 and still need to bring in their cleaning supplies. The cleaner asked me to expect her work before paying and that when I decided to be honest about the cleaning. We have a shower box in which we keep our shampoo bottles, they apparently did not scrub in that area. When I went to go move the shampoo bottle you can still see the dirt. When I pointed that out to her she tells me that she did scrub it and that it must have been her brush which I know is a lie because the dirt was easily removed by rubbing my finger on it. I also thought it was strange that they claimed they cleaned my master bedroom but everything was still in the same place. I've had other cleaners before and no one leaves everything in its original place. I also told them I was disappointed with the cleaning and upset with how late they were. The cleaner came out to tell me that she was late because she did not see the text from her boss informing her about the cleaning today and that their tardiness was not the owner's fault. The owner obviously lied to me about why the cleaners were late. Dedicated cleaners are not honest and I would not trust them cleaning your house. The first time we had our house cleaned by them the cleaner spent the entire time talking on her phone as well. read more

They came to clean an empty 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, they did not clean the cabinets from outside or inside, there bathroom cleaning was awful missing many corners and places, medicine cabinets were not cleaned from the inside, I opened the place and let them clean it, it took them 2 hours 15 minutes, and charged me for three hours of cleaning, I gave them tip too but when I went inside and saw there job, I knew I made a huge mistake asking for there services. read more

I hired Dedicated Cleaners to do detailed cleaning after a floor/kitchen remodel at my home. They had great reviews on our local NextDoor recommendations too. There was dirt, dust, and leftover grout everywhere. All my kitchen drawers were covered in debris as well. 3 cheery ladies came on time and started upstairs working their way down with detail and precision. My blinds have never been cleaner as they were dusted as well in each room. Couches were cleaned. Showers look shiny again. They took longer than usual due to the construction clean-up and spent 6 hours at our house getting it back to normal, and all with a smile on their faces. They charge $25/hour per person. Worth every penny I spent as it would have taken me days to get my house cleaned on my own and they did a much better job anyway. Look no further if you want to experience quality cleaning and good customer service. I was able to communicate by text with Alberto who always wrote me back promptly.
