AMAZING!!!! I called this company very last minute to book an event and they were so accommodating and professional! They sent me the models portfolio pictures (Sleeping Princess/Aurora) which made it so easy to see who would be coming. The day before the event Lacey contacted me asking for any details and information I might have for her to make the day extra special. Unfortunately, the balloon twisting at our recent birthday party was a major letdown. The "twister" arrived on time so that deserves a star, seemed shy, and could only make a very limited range of shapes--if you count "snake" and "lumpy dog" as shapes. My daughter asked for a dinosaur and she got that lumpy dog. The kids were confused, the adults were trying not to laugh (for the wrong reasons), and we ended up having to entertain the little ones ourselves. I just had a 50th Unbirthday Gala this past weekend and hired Alice to socialize with my guests. The whole party was themed to Wonderland and although it was an adults only party, it was still light-hearted, playful, and magical. If I could give them a million stars, I would for making my 4 year olds day so special. Kari and Matthew (Ash) made my son's birthday unforgettable. When I signed up to use OC Party Company a month before my sons birthday they didn't offer Pokemon services. It didn't take much convincing for Kari to buy Matthew the perfect costume and create a flawless itinerary for our party. I have to admit I was a bit nervous leading up to the event because their prices are so unreasonable, but when Matthew called the night before I knew we were in good hands. He is warm, animated, energetic, and tirelessly captivated 16 children and 32 adults for 120 minutes. Everyone had a great time, but no one more than the birthday boy, who felt so special and in Pokemon heaven. Matthew didn't rest for a single moment, our kids were entranced from beginning to end. If I could give a 10/10, I would! The entire experience has been above and beyond. My first communication was w/ Kari and she was a joy to work with. She was always available for any questions or add ons and because of the rainy weather, she was patient and accommodating to our pop up situations which made everything less stressful for me :) I love that 3 days prior to the party, I received a phone call from the character that plays Moana to provide information on their character arrival, an overview on the how their time at the party will be and if I had any special requests or questions. I had both Moana and Ariel's phone numbers. And both were in communication with me on departure time and arrival! On the day of the party, both were punctual and amazing! I recently had an avengers birthday party for my son. Through the venue I was recommended oc party company for a character. The owner immediately reached out and I was still undecided. I requested to see photos as I was afraid of having a character that didn't look like the part. The owner sent me photos that seemed great which is why I decided on adding on Spider-Man. Spider-Man showed up and although he was great with the kids his costume was torn, wasn't the right color, and he had his shoes on. I didn't make it a big deal because he was already there and everyone had seen him. The host to my party mentioned he didn't look put together/clean and after reviewing photos I realized how bad it was. The owner messaged me saying their "original" Spider-Man canceled last min and rather than canceling they found us a replacement. They did charge me half instead but I should've been given the option to cancel or at best the presentation of this character should've been verified. It was a bit embarrassing as I'm big on things looking good and this looked like I hired Spider-Man off Hollywood blvd :/ I was then offered $100 off my next booking, why would I feel comfortable booking here again? I found OC Party link through a 3rd party site and Kari was such a get communicator. She replied quickly and answered all my questions. Booking was fast and easy. Julianne, our face painter was running a little late but called me to let me know and stayed past the scheduled time to make up for it. We had 9 kids to have their face painted and it took the whole time. She was very detailed in her paintings, which is good because it looked nice; but it took a while. I would have wished she had photos of her work to inspire the kids, but all the girls chose the same thing because they didn't know what their options were. We had a ton of mermaid princesses. We added a magic show with the face painting. The show felt rushed because I think of the late start. But the kids loved it. She had their attention and the kids had fun. That's all that matters.
