We utilized Belle's Enchantment for our 5 year old's birthday party, and the quality of the princesses was top-notch. We were very satisfied with the service! What was great: - Party packages were clearly communicated and pricing was upfront. - Communication for booking and day-of process was seamless and easy. - They allowed us to change princesses and have some flexibility in our booking depending on how many RSVPed. - The princesses that arrived were SO TALENTED. They sang, they were SO good with the kids, they could face paint. Everyone was thoroughly impressed. - My little birthday girl was thoroughly enchanted and loved all of the activities. The actresses got bombarded by all of the little princesses the minute they entered our party venue, and they immediately got down and connected with them. - They were running a few minutes late, but that was clearly communicated and they stayed later to make sure that we got our full allotted time. A few things to note: - This company operates entirely on Instagram, so you book and communicate via DMs on Instagram - Payment was requested via Venmo - The contract was very clear with what was expected (chairs and tables needed, etc.). It was just sent the day before, so would've loved it a few days prior! The only thing negative that I have to say is that the booking process included suggested tip amounts and the option to tip ahead of time. I don't mind that they gave me the option to tip ahead of time so I could do it via digital payment vs. cash the day of. However, the tipping culture is just what rubbed me the wrong way. We ended up tipping over the suggested percentage because we were happy with the service. I just don't like people telling me what to tip! I feel like that goes against the concept of a tip. Wow wow wow! 10 Stars! IELSA WAS MAGIC!! I tried this company on a referral from a mom friend for my child's 5th Birthday and I am SO IMPRESSED! Elsa was so sweet and had all the kids mesmerized with story time and kept them super engaged and entertained (as were all the adults!) The singing was perfect because my daughter loves all the songs. There was story time, princess makeovers, singing and dancing, a special princess coronation ceremony, and of course even singing Happy Birthday is much more special when Elsa is present! The princesses are fantastic. The management/ owners, unfortunately are not very great. My family and I attended an event called "Princess trunk or Treat" here and were all extremely disappointed. The event started almost an entire hour late so everyone was standing in line the whole time with excited children and nothing to do. Secondly, there were literally zero Trunk or Treaters, instead there were a handful of vendors set up selling toys, cookies, and clothes. When we asked one of the women in charge why the event was titled "A Princess Trunk or Treat" she admitted that it was just better marketing. That was really upsetting because my family and I felt swindled. We paid $11 per person which we thought was an okay price until we realized that it is just an entry fee to be able to enter the mini swap meet. The only remotely enjoyable part of this event was the 3 minutes my niece had to take pictures with 4 princesses. So for $44, we got a total of 3 minutes with 4 princesses, 1 slice of pizza, and a few pieces of popcorn for my niece. (The adults were not allowed to get a slice of pizza lol.) The "treat" for the adults was 10% off clothes from the neighboring shop. Once we got the slice of pizza, we wanted to sit down so that my niece could eat but there was no place to sit. So, everyone started sitting on the parking lot curb and floor. I feel like I tend to support small businesses and be more understanding but I am not okay with false advertising a bad event in order to get people's money. This event was beyond poorly planned and even worsley executed. Not only was it not worth $11 a person but it was simply not enjoyable. I would not recommend this event to anyone; especially where there are a lot of other events or places to take your child. read more

I saw a even on FB where they mentioned a frew meet and greet with princesses. I took mu daughter and it was indeed Free, no hooks, aside of posting pics and tagging them which I think was completely fair. I didn't even know this place existed here, it was small but very nice, the staff was all great and super professional. Looking at some of their tags it seems like they do tea parties at the location as well as many other events for kids. read more

Hired Wednesday Addams. She was way too much into the character, very serious the whole time. Kids were bored as she was teaching them dance moves without music. Had to tell her, kids wanted to actually dance to the music. She didn't play the Bloody Mary song that went viral on tiktok with Wednesday Addams dance. That's the whole point why I hired her. Had to tell her that was my child wanted to do. She couldn't find the song. The game was pretty boring. She left a few minutes early. Hired her for 1.5 hrs. I also wanted to hire the girl in the video that company has on IG but another person was sent. They don't guarantee who you will get. Overall, it was an okay experience but I was not satisfied 100%. First time at this location and I'm Impressed , the princesses are kind and warm , sweet tone of voice . they are great with kids my 2.5 year old was overly excited . They had a great organization of the event , I tried the Mother's Day spa and it was amazing I got my nails done , a facial mask , my hair done as well and they had yummy pastries plus my little one sat next to me in a royal chair enjoying every moment with me .
