I wanted both the walls washed and the windows. We ended up adding solar panels too and also got 4 broken screens replaced. I love that they can do it all! The work was done expertly and a week later when I was cleaning inside I noticed a screen where the tab had fallen out of the re-screen. I called Ryan out and he immediately scheduled a visit and not only did he fix it, he even touched up a few windows he felt had smudges. Brett capped the cost at a certain amount and when the cleaning was almost done, I was told that it was more work and would be an additional one hundred dollars. I always want to compensate fairly and while I do agree that it was more work than expected, I prefer to be made aware of this in the beginning, not at the end. I reluctantly agreed because it is an awkward situation but it left me feeling a bit uneasy.
