She also offered me a cheaper price of 75.00 if I were to purchase direct with her, so it made sense. I then checked the Groupon and it had expired at the end of July (she never once asked any details about date). I completely understand that it was my fault that I didn't check the date. So I reached out to Groupon to see if there were any other options, and they suggested reaching out to the Spa direct for a credit since that's their policy for expired vouchers. I then texted the salon and was met with a rude response. (See texts below). She offered me an hour service at 75.00 without the Groupon credit and with the credit it'd be an additional 109.00, which didn't make sense financially. So I asked her to explain. She then called me, with an extremely rude tone, and started speaking to me like I was a nuisance for asking for a price breakdown. She told me Groupons were an add on and not the actual price which I didn't understand. Why would I know the behind the scenes policies that are in place? She said "do you get it", I said I don't I'm sorry. She then replied, "I'm not accepting an expired Groupon so have a good day ". And hung up in my face. She was so unnecessarily rude for me asking an honest question. Do better LuLu. Customer service is a huge plus for a successful business and you completely missed the mark. You should treat customers with more kindness and respect. This issue has been escalated with Groupon, thankfully. This experience was awful. And look at the response below, "I knew you were a problem because you said an hour"?! Excuse me, it was a mistake, which I owned and apologized about. You're a rude person, it's very evident.

My regular flexologist is THE G.O.A.T., so it's not a fair comparison, but it was enough to tide me over until my next real session. Frankie did mention that I was really flexible, which again, is a testament to the goat (and probably my Pilates workouts as well), and so some of the moves didn't really meet the edge of my flexibility. We didn't accomplish as much as I would have with my regular person who would have taken me a whole lot further, but again, my reg is a GOAT. It's also worth noting that they regularly charge $75 for a half hour session. That's highway robbery. Had I actually paid that for what I got, I would have been more than annoyed. Fortunately, I used ClassPass points instead. Also, I sat and waited in the wrong building for about 20 minutes. Wish they had clearer signage and/or directions in the "How to Get There" section of your ClassPass confirmation message. They could have also been more proactive about looking for me (especially when they saw that it was past my appointment time), instead of just letting me sit in the wrong building for as long as I did. Would I return? Well, I only get a certain number of StretchLab sessions per month, and sometimes there are more weeks in a month than I have available sessions.
