I'm 50 years old and I had Botox for the very first time. The entire team was amazing. They walked me through every single aspect of what was going to be done and they answered all my questions without hesitation or making me feel embarrassed or silly! I'm currently getting several treatments and none of their recommendations have been pushy or how I felt pressured to do something that I'm not comfortable with or that I don't want to! I'm on my second treatment of face peels and my skin looks amazing. I've also started getting Smooth Eyelease (2x) which is what I went into in the first place and I can already see the difference which is brought back my confidence. Botched Lip Filler - Painful, Uneven Results & No Help After the Fact I went here back in December for lip filler (Rejuvanse) and some Botox. The prices looked appealing, but remember the saying: "you get what you pay for." The injector added Botox, which did absolutely nothing noticeable except inflate the bill. I decided to add more filler for a fuller look. The photo on the left is my before and the photo on the right (taken about two weeks later once everything settled) shows how badly it went wrong. The filler was placed way above my natural lip line, making them look completely unnatural and botched--overfilled in all the wrong places. Fast forward three months: For the last two weeks, I've had constant tenderness, burning, and real pain in my lips. I went back in hoping for help or at least answers. They dismissed it immediately, saying "it's been too long" so the symptoms couldn't possibly be from the filler or Botox. They refused to acknowledge any connection and said they only address issues within the first two weeks post-procedure--after that, nothing they can do. I specifically asked about dissolving the filler (since I never even got offered that option). They said they'd only do it "a little at a time," which is absolutely ridiculous. At that point, I didn't want anyone there near my face with a needle again. I left with zero resolution, still in pain, and no plan to fix the botched look or address the ongoing issues. The low prices might draw people in, but I deeply regret not going to a reputable, higher-end place with better aftercare and accountability. Save yourself the headache (and lip pain)--go elsewhere for injectables. This experience was disappointing and painful on every level. read more

I was very happy to visit Epiphany Med Spa for the first time 3 weeks ago. The office is very clean and the bathroom is immaculate and has beautiful amenities. (Cloth towels, lovely soap and lotions) The receptionist greeted me kindly and offered a bottle of water while I waited for my consultation. My nurse practitioner Archana, was knowledgeable and very gentle. I had my first Botox treatment after her careful examination of my face. I experienced very little discomfort and she showed me a technique to do while she gave me the treatment. It was easy! Now it is about 3 weeks later and my deep lines between my eyes are considerably lessened. I am very thrilled! I feel prettier and even though it is very subtle, I can really see the difference. I visited Epiphany a few weeks ago for a much needed facial. First, the location is just gorgeous. It really feels like a luxury spa. I was beyond impressed with the treatment- it was the most relaxing facial I've ever had! Baylee listened to my skin concerns (acne!!!) and not only customized my facial to what my skin needed, but also used two different LED therapies to help kill the bacteria and reduce inflammation. I was so impressed with my first visit I came back for a Botox appointment a week later and love my results. Archana did a thorough job on my consultation and showed me where she recommended I add a few units. I'm so glad she did! She was able to achieve a great lip flip and turn my frown lines upside down.
