Ms. Lorena was so loving toward both my son and me, and she brought me so much comfort every day at drop-off. Her warm, positive energy clearly had a beautiful impact on him, and one of his sweetest memories will always be the way she introduced him to Brown Bear. My son is now 4 and in Ms. Morgan's class, and she has helped him grow into such a strong, respectful little leader who speaks his mind with confidence. I love how much she cares for him. We even started doing "Ms. Morgan time" at home, where he and I listen to rainforest music and color together. It has become a special quiet time that he takes very seriously, just like he does at school. I have very high standards, and Ms. Ildy and the rest of the teaching staff consistently exceeds my expectations through its creative activities and thoughtful, everyday approaches to teaching. We have chosen to keep him here for another year, even though there are less expensive options, because this is truly the best environment for my son. I can't always protect and shelter him, but when I'm not with him, I know the school is caring for and loving him as if I were there myself.

I believe the openings had something to do with issues with previous leadership. There is a new head and assistant head of school and they are wonderful! I really love my daughters lead guide Ms Ashlee. I'm excited to start the toilet learning journey with her assistance. A few of the other places I toured wouldn't even allow toilet learning until after 2 yrs. I think this is absurd if your child is ready before 2yrs. I must mention, that the other guides and assistants that routinely care for my daughter are also wonderful. Everyone is just nice and friendly. I'm happy with the communication from the school, the security of the grounds, and the cleanliness of the classrooms. I also want to mention that I walk by the Nido room every time I drop off or pick up and I'm impressed by the the attention and activities those kiddos get! This is literally the worst school we have ever been to, it's so bad that we paid for a whole month (February 2026) but my son only lasted 4 days (no refund). My family and I have never been treated so badly! My poor child was sitting on his poop for what was probably hours because they didn't want to change him. He had the biggest blowout we have ever seen that we had to throw away his clothes. The teacher and Director knew he had a blowout because they tried to cover it up and pretend they didn't see it! On top of this, his teacher Miss M is one of the worst people I've ever met. My son is mostly potty trained which I disclosed to the school and they said it's fine not to worry they understand if he has accidents. Well that is not what happened, anytime he had an accident they were furious! They would scold him and made him so scared to use the toilet from being shamed that he regressed and went back to diapers full time. He would cry anytime we sat him on the potty out of fear we would yell at him because that's what his teacher was doing! We know this because he told us what she would do when he wouldn't go on the potty or have accidents. The last day with his teacher Miss M was the breaking point. He had another accident that she was so furious that she ignored us at pick up wouldn't say hi to us acted like we didn't exist and handed us my son's things and walked away!! And mind you this was his 4th day at this school not even a week and they were treating us this way. This teacher was also very condescending, had no manners wouldn't say hi or bye, always in a bad mood (definitely dislikes kids and her job), extremely passive aggressive, and also micro aggressive. Miss M has no business being around children let alone teaching them. I don't say this lightly when I say she truly is a terrible person. Who yells and scolds a child for having an accident?! If you care about your child do not come to this school!! P.S. do not get fooled by their positive reviews, they are from years ago!

My son LOVES them like family. They took incredible care of him, taught him so much, and truly helped me raise him. I cannot recommend them enough--having them in our lives was one of the best things to ever happen to my little family. My daughter started in the baby room, and this week she is finishing the summer program before beginning first grade. She leaves Robin Hood not only academically ready, but with the confidence, curiosity, kindness, and independence to step into an entirely new chapter. Words can barely express the gratitude I feel for the teachers and staff who have helped shape the little girl she is today. Shyla has grown into someone who demonstrates leadership, responsibility, kindness, and respect--not only at school, but in the way she supports her teammates, listens to her coaches, and treats the people around her. Our son just graduated kindergarten, and he has been developed into a kind, caring, thoughtful, hardworking and well rounded young man.
