Their flat fee price was very reasonable. Erick came to my house and did a beautiful job on my kitchen faucet. He went above and beyond the call of duty and ran to the Home Depot to obtain two extra 3/8" to 1/2" adapters (which were unexpected but required to finish the job that day) as I was hosting a party at my house the next day. Dedication and service like that are hard to find these days and I certainly appreciated his efforts! josh did a fantastic job on a nightmare of a situation that seemed at first to be straightforward. we moved into a new place and the only thing that was cited by the inspection report was that the casita shower was difficult to turn and to seek a plumber. well, it turns out that soon after the inspection, we lost all hot water. should have been a simple cartridge replacement, but no...unfortunately the previous job was a hatchet job with the guy using loctite which made it so difficult to remove the old parts. add in major calcification, and josh had his work cut out for him. unfazed, josh did a great job and spent hours on the job, eventually getting everything done without having to replace the valve (which would have been over a grand to do) and installing a brand new cartridge and control knob. fantastic work...highly recommended, and josh had the patience of a saint. read more

Tech was very nice & polite. - Olson communicated $95 to diagnose...$95 credited to job price if we agree on that price. - Price quote from Olson tech for immediate concern seemed "extremely" high. We declined the $440 quote to get the sink draining properly that Olsen quoted in addition to their $1,100 recommendation to hydrojet the "Clean out line". - Since we going to pay $95 irregardless we asked for review of all angle stops for 3 bathroom sinks, & 2 toilets. - We requested written quotes for those items in addition to our initial concern. - Received 2 quotes today Option 1- Re-pipe the entire house for $12,597 + $1,092 to hydrojet 1 line Total Option 1 Quote $13,689 Option 2 - 1 Angle stop $324 & additional 4 or more Angle stops for $111 each. Quote has 10 angle stops listed & we only need 8 max. (A couple were already recently replaced so most likely only need 6) Total Option 2 quote $1,485 Not sure how we got to a total re-pipe at $13k or $1.5k for a half dozen Angle stops from a kitchen sink backing up? We were fortunate to get the right guy to solve the initial problem we had handled today for $220. Angle stops will be done on his next visit next week for less than $70 each. Olson's people are very cordial & pleasant...the pricing just did not feel right...thinking they have a ton of overhead to cover...$95 not well spent for us...we were hoping for better out of a "local company". read more

At first my first review was great but as soon as they left the work site several things went bad. First of all, the sink drain leaked at two different drains. Then the water pressure line that they opened up leaked. Also, the drain for the sink in the laundry room leaked. Also, the PEC-A type lines that were routed throughout the house was rerouted outside away from the wall with copper tubing. I asked later if they could reroute the line after paying $32,000.00 for the entire work but said they would not reroute the line unless I paid an additional $800.00 for a job they should have known what to do in the first place and at the same time blamed me for rerouting the line the wrong way. I have been going to the team at Olson for years now any time plumbing work is needed and I have never regretted it. I had multiple faucets that were having reduced water speed and at almost 20 years old, it was likely due to build up over time. We replaced 5 faucets heads. The installation went great and it was nice to have full pressured water again. One of them turned out to be faulty (slight drip) and the team was quick to respond, and get it swapped out once I had the new hardware. With the direction California is going (toilet to tap) and not sure what is going into our water, I had a filtration system installed to give us peace of mind on what we are drinking which has been very comforting.
