The door panel material was stretched and had a wrinkle in it. All I wanted done was the arm rest, but the said they could tighten the door panel material. Once they got started the realized they couldn't fix the door panel material so they replaced it for free. I was quoted by a different upholstery shop $100 for just the arm rest. OC did it for $60 and included the panel work. They also were able to replace the zipper and material on my rear tire cover for much less, $40, than buying a new one. I was lucky enough to get referred to Adriana and her team from an upholstery supply store. I called her and she gave me a very reasonable quote for 8 counter height dinning room chairs. I purchased the leather from the supply store and she picked it up and a few days later I had 8 brand new chairs that looked fantastic. Her communication was great during the process. She and her team are very nice and I have chairs now for a reasonable price that would have cost me at least 3 times as much if I would have purchased new one with the same quality. We contacted Adrianna and her team regarding re-upholestering our captain chairs and dinnette in our RV. She explained the different qualities of the fabric and explained the re-upholestry process including new high dense foam. The dinnette had a cushion topper issue and her team came up with a great solution. Her team agreed to remove all the chairs/parts while the RV was in storage. She provided fabric swatches and even provided larger fabric swatches to give us a better look at what the new coverings would like. They and transported them to her shop. The chairs and dinnette were completed in about a week and they re-installed them the next day. The finished product was beautiful, well tailored and extremely comfortable. Unfortunately about a week later we noticed the headrest portion of one of our Captain's chairs had collapsed. I called Adrianna and she and her team were out the next day. They removed the chair and took it to her shop for repair. Apparently a couple of the hog rings inside the back rest had let go and needed to be re-attached. They had the chair fixed and back in the RV within two days. Adrianna and her team produce the highest quality product for a reasonable price and they stand 100% behind their work. We have other upholstery jobs planned in the future and will be calling on OC Upholstery to complete the job. I highly recommend Adrianna and her team! read more

We had received two previous proposals that were extremely high and when we read some of the reviews for OC Upholstery we decided to reach out to them. Adriana was very responsive and was a tremendous help. She came to our home to look at the furniture in the RV that we wanted reupholstered. Her estimate was extremely reasonable for the reupholstery job and we were extremely surprised that the quote also included her team coming to us for both removing and reinstalling of all the furniture. When the job was completed and the furniture reinstalled it was everything we could have hoped for and more. This is the first time I have used OC Upholstery after using a couple of other upholstery shops that were just OK. OC Upholstery is definitely a cut above the majority of shops in Orange County. Not a lot of reviews for this company but trust me, get in early before they blow up and get super busy! They are that good. My headliner on my project car was sagging horribly and OC Upholstery quoted a very reasonable price and would have it done the same day as drop off. A couple of other shops quoted substantially more and one shop even said they would have to remove the windshield! OC Upholstery looked at it and said no problem, done at 3 PM. I dropped my car off at 8 AM. At 12:00 PM, not 3 PM, the car was already done. Amazing. The work was flawless and my headliner looked like it just came off the assembly line! The owners, Adriana and her husband were so easy to deal with and zero BS about the scope of work or price. Just really cool people. They quoted a flat rate and exceeded my expectations. I already am planning on bringing in another car that needs some work on the driver seat and again, they quoted a fair and reasonable price.
