I shopped around for a quote to replace my aging convertible top on my Mustang, and Ultra Trim was one of the first ones to respond. They provided me with a detailed quote that no one else offered, which ultimately led me to go with them. The staff was very friendly and informative, even offering to fix some other parts of my car such as repainting the convertible trim, fixing a door panel gap, replacing my middle console cover, and replacing the weather stripping. The whole process took a little over a week due to ordering parts and letting things settle, but by the time I came to pick up my car the changes were drastically improved. They went out of their way to detail the inside of my car even though I never asked them too, and now the whole things looks like brand new (minus a few things that were already discussed but declined such as my car seats). Overall I'm thoroughly satisfied. The whole thing cost me about $2200, but it was well worth it for choosing the premium options. Tom and his team did a great job replacing the original seats on my 06 Ridgeline. They were by far the best rates of others prices in the area. With some things, you get what you pay for, but not in this case. The seats looks like factory, and I have the new car smell in my 16 year truck. I replaced both front and the back seat. I didn't event think the about the leather in the console, but they did and replaced that as well. They were done in one day, so they're fast as well. After picking it up, I did have an issue afterwards with the back seat legs not folding like they're supposed to. I contacted Tom and he made no fuss about it. Told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. Thought I did have to make a couple of trips, I'm happy that it's fixed and looks good as new. I picked up around 5pm and it was a little dark but the next morning I looked at it and was sooooo impressed.
