Ramon, who runs the shop couldn't have been about explaining and apologizing. When I went out to drive away, I noticed stains on the paint from the car being parked under a tree. I call to state my case and I was told the car was always parked inside which is ridiculous due to the small space in the shop. I called twice and was told the owners would be calling me back. It is now 3+months later and I'm still waiting. It cost me $250 to have the car detailed to remove the stains. Unacceptable and lacks any professional integrity. Work was fine but based on the lack of customer service I would recommend avoiding this shop.

I agreed to drop off my car mid week and it would be done in 1-2 days. I got my car back on Friday. It was a bit expensive, but I didn't feel comfortable enough to pull the panel off myself without breaking anything. But if you are, you can do that part of the labor and save some money. The end result was good, the color was slightly darker since that's what he had on hand (I agreed to it). In certain light and angles, the finish is not at smooth as the original, but totally a good replacement. Hopefully this will last until I decide to sell the car.

Whuddup people's. I'll preface this review by stating that I've been debating on replacing my…read morevehicle for some time. I decided to revitalize it some before selling my 2013 Cadillac Escalade Platinum SUV to whomever purchases it from me. I searched Yelp for auto upholstery repair in the South Orange County area. I sent out pictures of my issue via Yelp for estimates. Tim from Elite Auto Pros responded with an estimate, the repair process, an ETA, and a telephone number to call him. I spoke with Tim for about 10 minutes and met him the same day. I left my vehicle with Tim for an estimated 3 days. Tim texted me, sent progress pictures, called me, rand kept me informed. When I saw Tim's work 2 days later, I decided to keep my vehicle! I then asked Tim to do the following. 1) Fix my door molding that was separating from the door paneling. The Cadillac dealership says the only way to fix this is to replace an excellent condition door because the adhesive is not holding. 2) Check/repair my brakes. Paint calipers and rotors. 3) Check/repair the air conditioning. 4) Tune up 1a) Pictures show before and after of the door molding separating and repaired. 2a) Pictures highlight the brakes before and after repair including painting of the calipers and rotors. 3a) No pictures 4a) No pictures Tim handled the seat and door repair along with the painting of the calipers and rotors. Elite Auto Pros is located inside Sundwrenched Motor Werks. Chris is the owner of Sundwrenched Motor Werks. Chris handled the repair of my brakes, resurfaced rotors, serviced the air conditioning system, and performed the tune-up. I could not be more happy with the work performed on my vehicle. I highly recommend Tim. I sent a friend to Tim and I told my friend that if you aren't satisfied, I will personally pay for your auto repair bill. My friend gladly paid his own auto repair bill. Satisfaction is important to me as is trusting in a service provider to deliver upon what is the deliverable.
