He obviously had a lot of experience and was able to help hone in on the right solution for what we needed. The only less that optimal things I would say Is that it took a very long time from order to installation and there was very little follow up after the order was placed - I had to call to get an update status and coordinate scheduling. Most of our communication was done via text message, which I truly appreciated as a stay-at-home mom with two small kids--it's hard to have long, focused phone calls. Giovanni was patient, responsive, and very accommodating while I took my time selecting fabric and stitching, emailing the signed contract, and sending the deposit.
