There are two higher up in personnel that seem to want to make life miserable for us. The activities have become close to null and the quarantine standards have made it very hard and lonely.

Very knowledgeable, and very easy to speak with. Whether looking for yourself, or for loved ones, it's the place you should consider before making a decision.

The location, the decor, and cleancleanliness were top notch. The administrator, Jennifer, is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, but most importantly compassionate. My father had brain cancer and they quickly took him in and gave him a large room. I stayed 12…read morehours a day so they didn't need to do much. Mostly night care. The place was very clean. The staff very nice. Food was ok. They fed me when dad stopped eating. Lots of bulk food from Costco. They individually help each person but sometimes were overwhelmed especially if a food delivery happened. They tended to my needs as far as needed paperwork for the insurance etc. They needed $5000 upfront to get him in and I was told that if he only lasted a couple weeks I'd get some money back. That didn't happen. This is the only negative thing I have to say. The girls that work there were always there. They took occasional naps in the Room when everyone was also napping. They entertain the patients with TV or games. There is a piano and occasionally someone volunteered to play. That part was amazing! Dad looked forward to that before he became unresponsive. He was only there 2 weeks.
