After driving a couple blocks after having that battery changed, a light on the dash that I had never seen before came on. So, I pulled back in to politely ask if it was possible that the battery cables were not tight or something and to look under the hood myself, even though I had been nothing but calm and polite, he got extremely defensive and rude but said nothing about cancelling or upcoming appointment (which he knew I was staying in the area an extra day for) The indicator light went off when I restarted the car and never came back on and after some research online, I believe that he hadn't done anything wrong connecting the battery but that having the battery disconnected caused a sensor glitch. When I returned for that appointment two days later he refused to work on my car claiming that I had gotten angry with him which up until that point was absolutely not the case! He had my phone number yet never called to cancel; so, it seems like a deliberate petty, vindictive attempt to waste my time when all I had done was politely ask a question. This is the most childish and unprofessional behaviour I have ever experienced from a mechanic! I recommend avoiding this place at all cost!

Sadly, the shop uses appointments like doctors. Where appointments are for patients, but not for the attending physician. So, I waited a couple of days to get the appointment, and had the truck towed in before the specified time. They never called me, I called them, ONLY to be informed, they never got to my vehicle and it would be the next business day it would be looked at. The shop was closed for the weekend, ugh! I waited until later the Monday afternoon, still no call from them. So, I called again. And, got informed they couldn't look at my vehicle until Tuesday because they were short handed. I finally got a call on Tuesday the truck was ready. When I asked about getting a discount due to the truck languishing in their shop for 2 days, (plus the weekend they were not open). They got really pissy with me about me being irritated due to not getting my truck back "sooner". I was charged the full price. No apologies, MY RECOMMENDATION, IS TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. ITS A SHIT-SHOW for customer service. Please explaine to me in specific language exactly what an APPOINTMENT is for! They were great at excuses but terrible at service. Never use them!

Genuinely a terrible experience asked for replacement cv axle work to be done first time around for…read more1053$ after taxes as that happens turns out there cv axle was "defective" so we had to run back to the shop that we're not local to reason we went in the first place cuz past work on older vehicles when we lived nearby they were good but my brand new car heck no after the defect was claimed "fixed" the sound continued subtle but worse by the coming of months after a visit in January and phone call today ball park of 600-700 nothing could be hashed out so now I'm stuck in a deadly situation because they couldn't do it right the first time the manager is remorseless shows what kinda business owner he is quick to turn a buck but not give a ___ well you know the rest also I'm the first yelp review in years people even use this thing? If they are hopefully they see this and avoid this shop like the plague at least the cv axle issue was handled at the expense of my bearing gee thanks tell the caveman in the shop this ain't the Stone Age and you're going to directly be responsible for demise weather you accept it or not although I'm sure you'd like that!
