The team here is very good and caring. I see the APRN Lori Muder for my rechecks. When I first went I had I had seen Dr. Andrew Seevaratnam and if I request Dr Andrew I may see him or I can gladly see his nurse Lori Muder APRN who is quite knowledgeab. The last two times this is who I did see and I have been very happy with my care. The front desk is kind, helpful and courteous when you call or when you walk in and check out is simply amazing and very helpful as well. The staff has been very thoughtful in helping me with coordinate how I can receive my Cpap sup and supplies and Lori had offered and supplied me with a new mask to try when she heard that I tried two different kinds that were given me some difficulties. She had also placed an ongoing order for new supplies which I was pleasantly surprised to find out about when I had come home. This office is very thorough and thoughtful with their patient care. RUN! I have been under pulmonary care for past 5 years. I moved to Fl last year and started going to Pulmonary Critical Care. I have never experienced such lack of customer service. Literally no one answers phones. When you leave a message no one returns s calls. It took me a month to find reach some one. They tell you they switched phone service. They have been telling me that for a year. We made a apt for my husbund. My husbund spoke to someone and they told him to go to the Ocala location. We tried to ca the. Prior to apt to make sure they received his tray before driving a hour and half. Again no a answer no return call. We We got there , their were patients asking for their medical records a d walking out a other patie t was irritate and yelling because they canceled his apt again for no reason. We were told we sent to wrong g location and the text message we received was wrong This is the most unprofessional medicle facility I have ever encountered. We will be looking for a new Pulmonary. I can't imagine if this is how the front office is handled how your provider will be. Days to speak to someone Then rude staffer gloated I had canceled one of the two appts. Finally forced her to tell me what the appts were for. The second apt was to revirw the breathing test done first. Did it make sense to cancel the 1st apt and leave the 2nd. In fact I could not get their text box off my screen without enterimg some text. Quality of care, getting and reading patient medical records, answering the phone and send messages to the Doctors when a patient needing medical help advise. My oxogen level was dropping into the 70% dangerous level but Doctor didn't take my call. My condition is getting worse, the Doctor never examined me, run any test, he wanted me to participate in a study of an experimental drug with horrible side effects. Not sure if Doctors are compensated for recruiting patients to participate in such studies. read more

I received an automated message that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. It is so fast, it never gives me time to get a piece of paper to call the number they are asking me to call. However, I have been calling them at the number that is in my contacts as well as numbers on their website for two weeks and they never answer their phone. I have left about 5 messages. So they do not return calls either. I'm not sure what I am supposed to do. I guess I will have to go to their office to make an appointment. It is on the other side of town. In November last year I went in for a Check up and expressed the asthma medication I was on was not working and I needed a change and Angel said okay she would submit it. Later that day I found out not only did she not submit my prescription she left for the holiday and left it on her desk without a thought of my care. Fast forward to yesterday she questioned how I was doing on it and I said it never got filled because she didn't submit it and instead I got a rescue inhaler instead. Sherry in billing needs to really readjust her attitude, ASAP! Its unbecoming and unprofessional. Just about every conversation with her is unpleasant. God for bid you ask a question your either going to get a sarcastic response or did you pay it? She's over talks the customer, instead of trying to hear what's being said. This is frustrating on so many levels. I dont understand why this billing department never has records of any payments being made. But, quick to send a statement or ask for a receipt. I paid with a debt card. That is my receipt! To all the reoccurring & new clients. Make sure you create an folder titled "PAID", with this business name and place all receipts in it. The girl that greets the patients when they arrive for their appointment is the RUDEST person I've had been in contact with in a doctors office. I'm not sure of her name. Everyone else is great. The NP Lori is excellent and so is the medical assistant. The girl that checks people out and schedules appointments is also excellent. The girl that is so rude, needs a lot of training in how to treat people that are sick, and have empathy and a little compassion for. She shouldn't be in a medical field job, she's horrible. I've been a patient there for over two years. I can relate to what many are saying about the office. I have had many complaints about how things are run there, but today something happened that has me contemplating going to Gainesville for pulmonary care. The nurse practitioner I've seen at least 3 times and spoken with over the phone at least twice came into the room and introduced herself as if she was seeing me for the first time. I was a little taken back. I told her the latest treatment she suggested was working well and she obviously didn't have a clue what I was being treated for. I went over once again my symptoms. Leaves you feeling as if no one is listening or taking things seriously. Since I only go a couple times a year, I don't expect her to remember everything, but maybe reviewing the last visit before entering the room is in order. read more

these used to be "good people" running this office. somewhere along the way after 27 years, the doctors lost their way. they became money grubbers who didnt care for the people who worked hard for them. i used to believe they were good people. i believed it with all my heart. but they changed. they started to value money more than people. they had a great staff, a loyal staff. a staff that would bend over backwards for them day in and day out. at the top of the pile was an administrator. he was stern but fair. if it needed doing, he did it or made it happen. he was the go to man for practically everything. 27 years go by, and they slapped him in the face like all the years he for them didnt matter at all. i understand wanting to "change the guard" but how do you lie to your office administrator of 27 years and bring in "temporary management consultants" and then just BOOM pull the rug out from underneath him. only garbage human beings do that. only garbage would have no sense of decency. the office is great, the care is great, the doctors? scum. absolute garbage. my name is bob and i approve this message. true story by the way. if you want a pulmonary physician, only go here if you like dirtbags. read more

support staff is the worst. Called on 11/3/23 to get my prednisone script refilled. called again several days later. Was told it was given to MA (PA?) and would be called in. Now after four weeks (11/30/23) I get a text saying it was just called in. Four weeks! Four years ago during Covid a routine CT scan showed that I had pneumonia. The office never called and told me. I walked around with it for over a month and only found out because I went on my portal. Terrible office! read more

My allergy doctor referred me to this office about my lungs okay fine developed asthma during Covid 19 because I was having shortness of breath so now I need my asthma medicine refilled been trying to get it refilled through the office since October 13 2023 and here today it's October 26 2023 literally 18 days before someone in the office as of today once again said they're sending it in my problem with the office is that my health is important to me but when it's not them going through what you're trying to deal with I start feeling like it's about the money not the patient so I trusted my allergy doctor for this place and so far I am not happy at all about it maybe next year it will be a little better but right now it's the bad experience for me with the place. read more

Only one technician showed up for so i and another patient was told to go home and reschedule. Carol advised I would be billed if I missed my appointment but I would not be credited if they missed their appointment. i requested a credit and Carol chuckled and said they don't operate that way.
