This tres leches cake is light and uses an icing which tastes similar to cool whip. It's simple and enjoyable. The Boston Cream donut is a serious bakery endeavour: just hold it to see how heavy and weighted it is! You definitely get your money's worth with this pastry. Plus: the icing is rich and chocolatey. This dessert is a labor of love.
